There is a huge issue with trading platinum i’ve been trying about three times getting a prime and all the times it’s saying your current platform restricts the training of platinum with the current platform of blank so anyone has any ideas how to fix it because I’m getting sick and tired trying to get a gara prime blueprint

Clan Glyph not working anymore, despite it working originally

The new Clan Glyph worked the first time I placed it in a public lobby. after that it didn't work anymore, instead it shows just a generic clan-glyph logo.

also, the placement seems bugged in comparison to your normal profile-glyph. the profile-glyph can even be placed on a surface on the other side of the room. meanwhile, the clan-glyph basically hovers just a few meters in front of your face, even if you intended to place it at a far away wall.

when I play solo (or invite only for that matter, but if I'm a host with strangers it still defaults to not my glyph) it still shows my clan-glyph like usual. only in online-squads it sort of 'disables' it and shows a generic clan-glyph instead.

what's confusing me is that it worked the very first time. I just don't hope this is the result of some automated response after a report or something. because I'm using this completely harmless clan-glyph since multiple years at this point, and I originally payed (I believe 250-350?) to get it in the first place.

edit: now in one of the anniversary alerts it DID work again, but I was host. it seems to work inconsistently when you're host but not at all if you're not.

and the 'placement-logic' is still weird and should just work like the normal glyphs instead

Weekly Initiatives not functioning at all

This seems to only be happening to me in my clan (I'm clan founder if that matters). Any time I complete missions with clan members they gain the weekly initiatives bonus and personal rewards progress, but I don't and haven't gained any from any missions with clan members.

The Clan Glyph Prism only displays my clan’s glyph if I’m host. If im not the host, it will display some kind of grey “default” image. Please fix.

I've been running with one of my clanmates and he sees the new clan resource boost, but I do not. I get progress towards completion, but nothing's changed in the end of mission screen. I tried fixing my download cache, but no luck.

Post resource bonus may not be working?

I was running close to an hour of Piscinas on SP with a full group of my clanmates. Upon extraction, i did not get a prompt whether or not resources were being generated or not. It could be a simple UI bug, but i am also uncertain if resources were sent to the treasury.

Dojo Building bug

Hey guys, I have encountered a potential bug, and have tried several avenues to remedy it on my own to no avail.

Recently I did a major overhaul of my clan Dojo, by removing and replacing most of the rooms, now that it's almost finished I'm trying to add my dry dock back. I'm able to add the room successfully, however the preview is not showing up and it will allow me to rotate it but only basically flipping it either left or right. it will not build in the North/South orientation as I wanted. I have tried on my phone as well with the same result. Even gone so far as to break out my laptop and try there, but it was barely able to get to the navigation screen, much less load the dojo to make an attempt.

I was hoping someone with permissions/authority could visit my dojo and force the dry dock to rotate to the N/S orientation, so I can contribute resources and begin construction.

Weekly Initiative rewards aren't handed out to everyone

I was playing with a clan mate tonight and we hit the 25% weekly progress. Problem is, I got the notification on the UI that rewards are available and received said rewards, my clan mate did not. Their progress shows the same as mine, past 25% but the rewards are not popping for them. Re-logging didn't solve the problem, either.

I just played a 45 min survival mission with a clan mate. He extracted about a minute before I did. When I did extract, none of the accumulated rewards were awarded to my clan vault, and I received no progress towards my weekly initiative tracker.

Host Got less Progress than Clients while running Veil Proxima missions for Clan's Weekly Initiative Personal Rewards.

I played around... three or four missions in Veil Proxima today with two of my Clanmates. They got somewhere around 90% Progress on their Personal Rewards while I only got around 45%. It's worth noting that I was the host of the matches. Specifically, we did three Skirmishes and one Survival in Veil Proxima. Other than this, I'm pretty pleased with the feature, it's nice.
