Best Mods For Nekros?

Can anyone help me out seems his only useful moves are soul punch and shadow of the dead. Anyone knows what mods will make shadow of the dead last longer?

 

So far I have

 

Focus maxed

Streamline maxed

Flow maxed

 

I heard there a mod that extend the duration of powers anyone knows the name and knows how much it worth in trade unmaxed?

Terrify is actually pretty darn good against mobs for crowd control too.

 

the extension mod would be "Continuity" I believe.
