Tenno Kanabo Weapon Design

So my newest Creation.

 

When you feel like going old school, this is a Tenno version of the ancient Japanese Weapon the Kanabo. In game this would be an Impact Damage specific weapon. With the ability to stun opponents, and its charge attack could rag-doll multiple enemies. extremely deadly to corpus.

 

Now this weapon may seem a little boring to most, but I think breaking ribs and crushing corpus skulls like pinatas with this weapon would be tons of fun. bathed in greedy milk! I hate those little jerks, THEY HAD IT COMING!

 

Now before you European weapon enthusiast jump on me about what weapons are better, just be patient. I got love for weapons from all over the world. im sure to make one you like eventually.

With 3D you can have some chances i believe. But who knows?

well i plan to make a spear weapon later that would be puncture specific. but i Feel you. needs to be more puncture weapons. not just daggers. we got tons of slash weapons not enough options for the other two.

This is fantastic. The first thing I thought of when I saw the weapon was the Macuahuitl, and lo, I saw that you are up for suggestions for the next project.

 

Naturally it'd be a slightly more futuristic take on that weapon, perhaps using some other material for the obsidian blades (too tired to look for one now). I can see two versions: a single handed long sword version, and a huge two hander version. Equal parts slashing and impact, with maybe just a hint of puncture. Hell, obsidian is still sharper than our best metal blades, so it'd be pretty devastating on soft targets.

I think we're missing a one handed melee impact weapon aren't we?

 

Looking at the wiki there's only the plasma sword, which frankly makes no sense to me... o.O

this is a two handed weapons. but don't worry i have one handed ideas and duals wich include nunchucks, tonfas, and eskrima sticks.

EDIT :
you should add your concept Length / Width / Thickness (Scale)  of the weapons.
and the side/upper/bottom view of the weapons.
so if DE see this and decide to make one, they will know the basic idea/information every weapons.

Thank you so much for this, I've been wanting to see support for a spear weapon for a long time.

 

And ah, the Kanabo, the Japanese word for "cool-&#! spiked metal bat". Another one of the coolest weapons I know of.

......mmmmm well its closer to say that its a reskin of Fraggor. this weapon is basically a very VERY large studded baseball bat. think, hitting a hitting a home run with a corpus crewman lol. this is a blunt crushing weapon. perfect for Rhino.
