00zau
New sentinel for grineer clan research. Appearance. The main body of the sentinel would be a vertically split clam-shell design, with flat portion at the front housing a sensor eye on one side and a targeting laser on the other (one eye larger than the other, with the smaller one colored red, no visible laser beams). on the left and right sides of the body are mounted pairs of rocket nacelles, which face downward while the sentinel is floating and angle backwards while moving. A plate offset to one side on the top of the robot opens up and exposes a rocket mount when the sentinel is ready to fire. This sentinel would be armed with a slow firing rocket launcher, dealing a small amount of blast damage with a relatively high proc chance. This isn't going to be as effective as the carrier at dealing straight damage, but the AoE and procs will make it useful as a support. The weapon should probably act like the ogris, with the sentinel taking a second or so to charge it up before being able to fire. The weapon would have a 1.5-2 meter radius, deal about 35 damage per rocket, with a .5-1 second charge and a 1 second reload/cooldown after firing. Compared to the Sweeper and DMR, this will have a much lower DPS, but AoE and status make up for it. For a secondary ability, smokescreen. The sentinel dumps oil into its rocket boosters, jetting upwards while leaving thick clouds of smoke behind, staggering and blinding any enemies nearby.
