Thought this up not long ago but hadn't had the chance to put it on the forums until now to make a little sense of what an ability means to be an active passive? my best answer - keep the ability on a permanent bonus but permanently reduces the energy pool by X% for as long as it is active. for each space the ability is in - the % is increased; ie 0 5%/ 10%/ 15%/ 20%. So to have a full stack of active passives it would reduce your energy pool by 50% (effected by streamline) but as of yet there are no WF with abilties which could be purely AP Keep in mind that these are both effected by any mods which increase power and increase efficiency. Saryn - contagion: reduced energy pool by 15% but adds 60/75/105% weapon damage as viral - across all weapons Rhino - iron skin: since it is such a strong ability, it would be moved to the 15-20% energy reduction - iron skin would reduce incoming damage by 20/25/30% (thinking of armor 2.0 when it comes out - makes 85% DR sounds reasonable to obtain with high armor...) into the concept frames... this one I read all today and am having fun with it :3 DRAGON!!!!! - when ability #4 is activated - gain flight and increase movement speed and base attack damage is increased by 5/7/10% feel free to discuss and chuck out some more ideas and chaos of the mind -casts chaos- cheers -Phyrak Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DE actually experimented with giving Iron Skin a damage reduction while active.. but it didn't work so well since that meant that Rhino's shields couldn't recharge and that he took health damage and eventually died.
