This is Archer (The Shooter, The Gunslinger)

 

 

Story

A tenno who goes down every time he goes into melee combat, the other tenno told him to stay put but he wanted to help, they were getting beaten and lost connection to the tenno, but the tenno went and sniped everyone out, showing not good at close combat but great at being a marksman, he became Archer the warframe of Guns.

 

 

Base Stats

Health: 100 (300.0 at rank 30)

Power: 100 (150.0 at rank 30)

Armor: 45

Shield Capacity: 120 (300.0 at rank 30)

Sprint Speed: 1.0

Stamina: 100

Abilities

Archer's abilities shoot to kill with amazing skill into the strength of guns

 

1)Gunfire- Shoots nearby enemies with 2 pistols, the pistols are fully auto and auto targets nearby enemies.

Upgrade

This ability deals 50/75/100/150 Puncture damage to nearby enemies within a 3m/5m/6m/7m radius.

Strength and Range mods are affected.

 

2)Blast Ammo- changes Archer's ammo to bullets of explosion, exploding when shot.

Upgrade

This ability gives explosive ammo, this lasts for 5/7/8/10 seconds, any explosive weapons will deal double blast damage from this, other weapons especially major elemental weapons are not affected (like flux rifle because it has a laser beam and Castanas because it's just throwing and shocking bombs), deals 50/75/90/105 blast damage.

Strength mods are affected.

 

3)Bullet Time- sends a force out, slowing down firearm of enemies affected, allowing greater evasion time and time to take out enemies before their bullets hit, while giving increased range during the effect.

Upgrade

This ability sends out a force that slows down nearby enemies within a 3m/5m/7m/9m radius for 8/10/12/15 seconds, this ability gives 2m/4m/6m/8m increased range.

Range and Duration mods are affected.

 

Prepare for a Bullet Storm Tenno

4)Gun Gale Barrage-  causes Archer to jump up into the air and shoot groups of auto targeting, piercing bullets to enemies within the radius, this gives Archer and allies temporary increased damage overtime.

Upgrade

this ability makes Archer jump up into the air, he shoots 100/150/200/250 bullets while he is in the air, he shoots enemies within a 5m/7m/10m/15m radius, any enemy that hits him in the air will automatically get shot, then Archer goes down and increases 15%/25%/45%/65% of ally damage overtime.

Strength and Range mods are affected.

 

Archer is a great marksman, sacrificing specialty in close combat for skills in range, use him wisely tenno.

Dislike the story, but I certainly like the theme.

Blast ammo upgrade could use a little clarity, is this extra damage, or replacement damage? Is this only useful for weapons with blast damage? Also, you may as well remove the ammo cap, as it'd likely just end up duration based.

its extra damage and i'll change it to duration, don't mind the story just everything else maybe.

Hmmm, on the topic of the abilities

1. This sounds good in theory, kinda like shurikan from ash. However ash's blades deal 500 slash damage each, and they quickly become useless. The ability idea you have come up with could be fairly good but it would become useless fairly quick, even at 150 damage per bullet (not sure if it was per bullet or in total) most mid-high level players have automatic side arms far more powerful. I suggest you make the ability pistols scale completely off of the equipped sidearm(s) 3/4 of the fire rate but 2x the damage.

2. I think this ability would be more balanced as a utility type ability. Every team member in a certain radius (including the caster) has a flat percentage of their damage per bullet dealt as blast damage with a 25/50/75/90 percent chance of proc'ing blast when each bullet lands. This makes it more utility based as a skill as there an incredible amount of utility at the cost of skill (not just an AoE rhino stomp type power) and weapon damage through resistances.

3. This sounds cool in theory but I really don't see anyone using this outside of solo play. To make it a tad more usable maybe make it so that ALL bullets inside the radius (not just ones fired from the enemies inside) travel at 20m/s? It's still really hard to dodge dera and even supra fire from enemies on purpose. I would suggest an entirely new power here but not sure what :p Potentially a buff of some sort? No idea

4. This sounds fairly balanced if you took away the damage bonus, maybe shift the damage bonus to slot 3 with different mechanics but the AoE AND player buff sounds like it would be used more for the buff than the AoE

First skill is just ugh this is not LOL where you ult with lucian with two pistols.. this game doesnt have any skills for weapons except saryn 3 ..
