Not sure on stats, but it would appear by popping out of the ground and ambushing players. Maybe it'll come from beneath and knock people around. It'd probably reburrow to do it again Quotes(If the Centipede would be a boss): Assimilate <player name>, and join the rest of my followers! <player name>, why do you disrupt my nest? Like you'd see it crawling through crevices, screaming at your face, etc. But you wouldn't be able to damage it until you actually confront it at the end of the level.
