Cera: Rhino's Big Sister

Before I go further, I should mention the naming didn't come from a triceratops, but rather an old animal called the Paraceratherium- the largest land mammal ever.  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indricotherium

Which is fitting because Cera can be considered Rhino's big sister both chronologically and physically.  She's a good head taller than Rhino and even tougher and louder.  Unlike other Tenno who prefer stealth and speed, Cera loves to be noticed and loves a good fight more.  She's considered courageous, bombastic, and blunt.  She solves her problems by punching them in the face until they stop punching back, and isn't afraid to even use her enemy as weapon for laying a serious beat-down on anyone who stands in her way.  To her, a good fight is the best part of living.

Cera can be described as a combination between Rhino and Valkyr, but with a few tweaks.  The idea is that although Valkyr is a tanky melee frame, she's single-target oriented.  Cera is a melee AOE specialist with the durability of Rhino.  She's significantly slower than her younger brother but her sheer power and bulk make up for it, making her incredibly dangerous in close combat.   All of her skills are melee oriented and revolve around her being able to knock down one enemy after another in quick succession.  An end-game Cera doesn't need ranged weapons, even against Lephantis.

Stats (Subject to change)

Health: 200

Shields: 80

Armor: 200

Stamina: 100

Energy: 75

Speed: 0.7

Ability 1: Bravest Punch (50 Energy):  Cera launches a mighty punch that slams an enemy so hard it'll ragdoll and send them flying.  Enemies sent flying become projectiles and deal damage to any enemy hit by it, similar to how boltor ragdolls enemies.  Damage dealt is based on how fast Cera was moving when the punch was thrown, meaning if she dashes into a punch or leaps into the air before casting this power, the punch will deal much more damage.  When activated with enough speed behind her, Cera lets out a courageous shout.  The attack deals 100% Impact damage, although there is a blast animation upon impact, meaning this skill has a small AOE around the target.  When maxed out and when modded by Power Range mods, the impact area is about the size of Angstrum's explosion unmodded, meaning she can send many enemies in front of her flying.  Affected by Power Damage, Range, and Efficiency mods.

Ability 2: Grapple (75 Energy): Cera grabs the nearest enemy and actually uses them as a makeshift weapon, ragdolling the poor thing.  As a weapon, the enemy gives Cera a special melee animation set that involves slamming it into the ground and using it like a baseball bat against nearby enemies.  Damage dealt to enemies also deals damage to the grabbed enemy, and the enemy's "durability" lasts only as long as it has health.  Once the enemy dies, Cera lets go of the corpse and can use the skill again.  Other powers can be used while grappling a normal enemy and switching to another weapon drops an enemy before it dies.

I say normal because she is able to grapple bosses and "large" enemies too, but with a different effect.  When grappling boss enemies, she does something similar to kubrows in that she holds the enemy in a special pose and deals damage, although Cera's animation is much quicker.  For example, when facing Vor she could grab him by the shoulders and headbutt him, staggering Vor, before delivering a punch that knocks him to the ground.  Against  Zanuka she can grab him as he lunges at her and slam him behind her on his back for quick stun damage.  Against an ancient infested she'll grab them by their head and slam them to the ground before stomping on their back a few times.  Even Lephantis, she is able to grab one of the heads and pull it into melee range to punch a few times before letting go.  Invincible enemies cannot be grappled, so in all cases Cera needs to wait until the enemy is vulnerable before she can grapple them.  Cera can grapple flying enemies if they're close enough too.  Stationary enemies like cameras and Orokin turrets cannot be grappled.  Allies can attack all grappled enemies during Cera's animation, allowing her to stunlock large mobs for the team.  Increasing this mod's rank actually decreases how much damage is dealt to the grappled enemy, allowing Cera to use it longer as a weapon.  This doesn't affect bosses and big enemies, however, as increasing the mod's rank will increase damage dealt during the animation.  This power has no max duration, so only Power Damage and Efficiency mods will affect it.

Ability 3: Boisterous Laugh (50 Energy): Cera stops in her tracks, puts her fists on her hips, and lets out a hearty laugh.  Doing so dramatically increases Cera's melee attack and armor rating for a duration.  Enemies within earshot of her laughter turn their attention towards her, meaning this power draws aggro.  Powers can be used during this buff and this power can be used again during the buff's duration to reset the timer.  Affected by Power Duration and Efficiency mods.

Ability 4: Beatdown (100 Energy):  Cera takes a moment to crack her knuckles and neck before punching the ground so hard nearby enemies are launched into the sky and pulled towards her.  Enemies ragdoll and stay down much longer than normal, allowing her to pummel them one by one.  When this power is used, Cera is surrounded by a red aura for a limited time.  If this power is used again during that time, Cera slams the ground again and deals lethal damage to all enemies at her feet.  You will need another 100 energy to cast it again, but Cera regains at max rank 5% of her max health for every enemy killed by this second ground slam.  Some bosses can be knocked down by this, but don't suffer increased stun.  The second ground slam is able to hit enemies that enter range after the initial Beatdown but it will not ragdoll them.  The area of effect is approximately the same size as Rhino's Stomp and can be increased with Power Range mods.  Power Damage and Efficiency mods also affect it.
