Stats at max rank:
- health: 300
- shields: 300
- armor: 65
- stamina: 100
- power capacity: 50
- Sprint speed: 1.1


Stimpack

Cost: 1 nrg, 32 hp.
Duration: 8 seconds
- stamina will not drain for the duration
- shield recharge delay reduced to 0
- 50% proc resistance:
-- all status procs will last half as much (half ticks count).
-- quicker knockdown/stagger recovery
- if pointed to an ally, the ally will benefit too of all the positive effects of the ability.


Pity

Cost: 2 nrg/second
Duration: toggleable
- can be cast during bleedout
- if you are downed while on Pity, the ally reviving you will be granted 30*(energyspentsofar) armor for the duration of the revive.
- if you are killed while reviving an ally while being on Pity, the ally you were reviving will instantly revive and he will be granted 30*(energyspentsofar) armor and 4x melee damage for 10 seconds.
- (energyspentsofar) is counted as the total amount of energy drained by Pity since the start of the mission. Will never reset.


Surgical Vengeance

Cost: 30 nrg and all current shields
Duration: 20 kills or 10 seconds, whichever comes first.
- current shields get depleted to 0. Will normally regenerate afterwards.
- All your weapons will get more accuracy, less spread and less damage falloff
-- all the buffs are proportional to the amount of shields spent:
-- if shields are full when casting, all weapons will get 100% accuracy, 0% spread and 0% damage falloff.


Blood Bank

Duration: permanent
- If pointed to an ally:
-- Cost: 5 nrg
-- increases max shields, health and armor of the ally pointed in the crossair by 20 points each.
-- decreases max shields, health and armor of the caster by 20 points each.
-- all enemies currently targeting the ally will get stunned and lose aggro towards said ally.
- If pointed to an enemy:
-- cost: 100 nrg
-- depletes shields, health and armor of any enemy in a range from the target enemy by 10%
-- increases max shields, health and armor of the caster by 10 points each multiplied by the number of enemies targeted.
-- all targeted enemies get a free 100% puncture status effect and stagger.
