Candengard Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) An update on this to help to reproduce this bug for DE and players. This outstanding bug has existed for long time since U14 and I haven't seen it mentioned in bug fixes. Those who have seen this check if you happen to have unexpired Argon Crystal in inventory. It should have something to do Warframe's daily reset time, which is GMT +0 (check your local time against it). It's also the time each daily login reward is refreshed. To try to reproduce it, open Foundry or minimize the game to desktop and let it crosses over the daily reset time, and open Foundry again later to see if it's flashing.
