Constant Crashes After Last Patch

After last patch game started to randomly crash after every 5-15 mins. I tried different things (comptability mode, closing side programs, messing with options, etc) but it didn't helped.

 

My specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750k

RAM: 12 gb

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700

Windows 7 x64

We need the WAR ##### that appears during the crash handler to help you out, which (through this handy dandy GIF) you can find following these steps:
