Other Player Was Archwing On Ground Mission, They Crashed And Which Followed Up With Other Errors

This is not the first time this has happened to me, i got my warframe replaced by an arch wing, only the helmet and weapons were visible, but this time it was actually another player that ended up like that

And shortly after i saw this there was an host migration and that player was lost, so i figure that they crashed which followed up with other bugs which i covered in these threads:
