Health: 75

Shields: 75

Armor: 15

Energy: 175

Description: Partially made of Rubedo, Celeritas' natural radiant energy gives her an abundance of power and allows her to alter her physiology to move at incredible speeds.

Lore: Open to suggestions.

Ability 1

Suffocate - Targeting a single foe, Celeritas runs around her enemy fast enough to snatch the oxygen from their lungs and surrounding space causing them to choke for air as she takes the advantage to attack. Using this ability has her run to the enemy at an unseeable speed (teleporting with a different animation).

Range: 25/40/60/75m

Cost: 25

Strength:

Enemies in path - 50/100/150/200

Enemies at path's end - 100/200/350/500

Range: 20/30/40/50m

Cost: 50

Ability 3

Vibration - Using her excess energy to control her own molecules, in small bursts Celeritas vibrates at an unfathomable speed to phase through melee attacks and weapon fire allowing herself to attack unopposed.

Duration: 1/2/3/5 seconds

Cost: 75

Ability 4

Radiant Glow - Standing still and glowing red, Celeritas forces out her excess energy dealing constant damage to surrounding enemies and refilling the energy of her allies.

Strength: 50/100/150/200 per second

Ally energy gain: 0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0 per second

Range: 5/10/15/20m

Cost: 7/6/5/4 per second

So fast that we end up bumping on everything, making us slow anyway.

The speed difference between Celeritas and Loki (the current speed champ) is equal to the difference between Loki and Ash.

Edit: Meaning that playing with Ash all the time then finally trying out Loki would give you the same experience as goin from Loki to Celeritas. Not a crazy adjustment, but a noticeable one.

Rush + Volt´s Speed, try NOT to bump on stuff.

Rush + Volt´s Speed, try NOT to bump on stuff.

If you have a base speed of 1.35 and you choose to add Rush, that's your decision and it's on you to regain comfort with the character's movement.

Edit: Loki's max speed after Rush and Volt's Speed (with Intensify): 2.7 rounded

Celeris: 2.9 rounded. It's not a huge difference from what is already in the game and is temporary and optional.

You can have the extra speed if you want it. That's on you. I would use the mod space for the standard increase mods: Intensify, Continuity, etc. with the addition of Constitution and something to support her fragility.

I know, was just making a joke about such speed.

Although it´s true, if your speed is something you can´t handle, you end up being slower than others anyway.

Honestly, I'd have a speed build set up in a different upgrade loadout just to feel that speed one time. I'd try it out on Phobos or Earth (open space and tunnels).
