We check at the end of every week and whenever someone replies to this thread xD

Our usual response is to invite the applicant into the clan immediately after reception of the application. Then we will contact them via steam to remind them that they have been invited or by email if they are not on steam. Of course they have to first be judged as being eligible to join first before we send an invite. If an applicant is illegible to join we don't go after them to let them know, as it takes up too much of our time xD
