Name: Glyce, "The Energy Bomber" (Name comes from Nitroglycerin, a highly unstable liquid) (Pronounced "Gliss-E")

Bio: With the ability to re-purpose energy itself into deadly explosions, Glyce leaves destruction in her wake.

General Power Concept: Explosion Manipulation (More accurately: Explosive-Based Energy Constructs)

General Look: Bright-yellow and light-red with white accents and a black right arm/hand leading all the way down, and covering, her right leg, giving the appearance of them being charred. She has a very "energetic" look to her. (Don't have much more than that).

Stats:

Health: 100 (240 at level 30)

Shield: 70 (215 at level 30)

Power: 175 (275 at level 30)

Armor: 90

Sprint Speed: 1.2

Polarities: 1x V, 1x D

Aura Polarity: -

Powers (I don't have variables for the powers currently, sorry):

1. Concussive Force - A grenade of densely packed concussive energy that she creates in her hand. Once activated, she throws it wherever you're currently aiming. Once detonated, all the enemies in the immediate area of the blast are knocked down and suffer a blast proc.

Notes:

Explosion Damage is Strength based

Blast radius and throwing distance is ranged based

Blast procs/knocks down 100% of the time.

1a. (Augment) Tracker - Instead of throwing it, the grenade acts similar to a Seeker's grenade-thing and tracks down, and latches, to high-profile enemies.

An example of how this works is: You have a group of enemies, let's say: A bombard, an eviscerator, a heavy gunner, and a regular solider. The priority order would go: Bombard, Heavy Gunner, eviscerator, Reg Solider (only an example of what the order could be).

In the case of eximi, it prioritizes them above the non-eximi in the same order.

2. Combustion Coating - Gives her and any ally close to her Blast damage to their weapons.

Notes:

Duration Based

Additional blast damage is strength based.

3. Blast Zone - She sets down a circular trap of highly explosive energy (similar in appearance to Oberon's Hallowed Ground). Enemies can still walk over it but she can activated it again to explode it.

Notes:

Explosion Damage is Strength based

Area is range based

Enemies inside the trap, if they survive, have a 100% chance of blast proc/knockdown and any enemy next to the area when detonated has a 50% chance of blast proc/knockdown.

4. Bombing Run - Shoots out a large salvo of small, energy, swarm missiles out of her hands/back that rain down indiscriminately around the area (Basically this game's version of a Macross Missile Massacre).

Notes:

Damage is Strength based

Blast range/Area that the missiles cover is Range Based

Each missile has a 75% chance at Blast proc

Number of missiles is Duration based (more time spent in ability, more missiles are fired).

Like Peacemaker and Prism, Energy regen abilities don't work when it's on.

Is able to be canceled.

4a. (Augment) Precision Strike - In exchange for damage, the missiles now track and actively go after targets.
