Danielle, this bug has been around for ages. It's literally as simple as "Clients can't access walled-off areas in the Eris Tileset". Any area with a bomb that you blow up to gain access to, clients can't. To reproduce: Join an Eris mission as a client and blow up a barrel that would normally destroy infested material blocking your way. You can't.
