Lorthos_Mornin Posted March 23, 2015 Share Posted March 23, 2015 Same issue. Tried to build a cosmic specter with an 1800 conclave rating and it said I didn't meet the requirement. I initially thought that it might be an intentional change and I just had to get my warframe + primary + secondary + melee to 1800. Turns out that that's not possible.
