coreyh2 Posted March 26, 2015 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Alienware x51 R2 Windows 8.1 64-bit 8 GB Ram i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz Nvidia GTX 660 1.5 GB Vram Driver 347.88 Build 16.1.2 DirectX 9 64 bit Mode in launcher. nvidia physx is off on options When I solo as or am in a group with a Hydroid I get massive choppy fps drops. It doesn't happen everytime the skill is used but seemingly randomly. I don't know if this is a new problem or just something that is showing up because people are playing Hydroid more. Its a really big fps drop though so much that sometimes I fear the program has frozen. I've mostly noticed it in void survivals but thats just mostly where I've played or been around hydroids. I've used DirectX 11 and 10 with similar results. But it's not just the Void I get frame drops everywhere it's just much worse in the void. The same goes with Survival, it's the worst on Void Survivals. I noticed this starting after 16.1, and yes this is the only problem I have with the game right now. Also I do have everything set off or low when this happens. Also one of my teammates, who has a rig that was built to handle this game, has this problem too.
