Fake Port Problems. For The 100Th Time

Could you guys fix the phantom port problems again? Every time I look here it is because of the phantom port problems and nothing suggested fixes the problem. It's really annoying and this is about the 3rd time this bug has happened, to me and my friend at the same time anyway.

 

If this problem doesn't get fixed soon then I'm just going to stop playing, which is a shame after playing the game for 3 or so years. Knowing the history of these problems this won't get fixed for the next few months or so which has caused me to miss out on multiple events that are too hard to solo, e.g: the archwing event or tactical alert whatever it was. For a hugely online co-op oriented game it's pretty bad having people unable to play online.

 

I would say about 1/4 of the time I have had warframe I haven't been able to play online and every time it has been nothing to do with my laptop. I don't change anything on my firewalls etc. and this problem just appears again after being 'fixed' in a hotfix for about a couple months.

 

About all of my posts on the forums have been about this bug and no-one ever looks at it because people who get this problem just stop playing altogether, and people who don't get this problem just assume I'm a retard who doesn't know how to allow an app through my firewall. I have entirely disabled my firewall at times and I still get the same problem.

 

DE please fix this. I don't want to stop playing this magnificent game all because of a recurring bug that never gets noticed.

Im in the same boat.... Im about ready to quit because i cant even play one single defense with a squad. Game isnt that fun playing solo all day. Which is a shame.

same here. Its so boring doing events by myself I haven't even completed the kubrow event yet and I'm not planning on it until this is fixed

you guys get "host migration please wait" after 3-5 sec, then booted back to the liset or log in screen?  Because i do and solo sucks.

 

 

Edit: purely a guess here as im strict NAT myself and only have seen it after but did you guys have this problem get instigated further after the strict NAT hosting server "fix"?

I don't get the host migration thing, the port problems just re-appear after random updates.

As for the strict NAT hosting server fix I don't know when that was so I'm not sure.

Having the same problem here and I have tried everything, even turned off my firewall... and yet still nothing works to get this fixed... and still nothing has worked... I came back after a long while played for a couple of days so far and then this happens again..... would of thought this absurd issue been fixed..

it's happening to me now.

it happened  to me a couple of times. i don't renember what happened that it got fixed. probbably after a few uptates, but it got fixed.

i should also note that i sometimes switch between playing on my laptop and on my main PC if i am traveling somwhere else.

hoping this one doen't take als long as the last one to fix.
