Since I can't save more than 20 colors I decided to do this.  Hope this helps.  If you have any "requestion" I MIGHT take them on.

Storm and Orokin palettes have the best golds IMO. But I prefer Orokin, Storm is too gold for me (is that a thing?).

Oh, and that Nyx! Gotta have to borrow color scheme.

Storm is my go to gold because it gives off a 24k feel.  Currently I believe Orokin has the TRUE gold colors.

I've been using the Ice color pack for "Vandal" teal for years now, ever since Snipetron Vandal was released, and I love it. I've also noticed that a few of the teals in that pack also match the Lotus symbol on the start screen, which I found interesting.

 

You're absolutely right though, it seems like some colors on weaponry, like the purple-ish stock of Snipetron Vandal, just don't exist as palette choices. Sometimes, if you pick a frame with sections on it that alter colors by muting them or otherwise altering their hue, you can get close to colors you otherwise couldn't, but it's a pain and it's unreliable.

Nice guide :) but one suggestion. Please add Fire Palette B2 to the list. According to a lot of people (https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/375737-what-is-a-good-prime-gold-color/) this looks like the Gold closest to the original Gold on Prime Frames before PBR, like on Loki or Nyx for example.
