CoolKill
I have 2 computers with the same specs, But I can only play warframe with 64-bit mode turn on. If I don't tick it in the option menu, the game crash every 7 minutes. Is there a way for me to play in 32 bit or without the 64-bit mode ? Spec: Processor: Intel® Pentium® CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz Display: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series Chip: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x683F) Edited June 6, 2015 by CoolKill
Shifted
Why would you want to play in 32bit anyway? It's worse.
CoolKill
Why would you want to play in 32bit anyway? It's worse. Because I have one 32 bit computer and 64 bit computer and I want to play Warframe on both of them.
[DE]Xander
Are you filling out the Warframe Crash Reporter when the game crashes, or is this a windows crash? I'm not seeing any crashes being reported by your account.
CoolKill
There are no error pop up, no crash reporter. It just shutdown the game like I just Alt-F4 it. I have tested on 5 more 32 bit computers, the results are the same. It is weird that if I turn on all the graphic effects and set everything to high, the game can lasted up to 10 minutes. [DE]Xander
Even without a crash, your EE.log may be able to show us something; please create a support ticket and attach the log.
CoolKill
Sorry for the late reply but I have submitted the EE.log like you requested. Hope it help.
[DE]Xander
I frequently perform testing on a 32-bit machine, so it worries me that you've encountered so many machines having this issue. Is this by chance some sort of LAN cafe setup? I wonder if a security setting on the machines is causing problems for 32-bit. Could you try logging in with a separate account to rule out your account settings?
CoolKill
Yeah I am running a internet cafe. So I did what you suggest by remove one computer out of my LAN network and it work. But why did it work? Why only 64 bit-mode allow to run the game?
[DE]Xander
Without being able to look at the LAN software you're using, my best guess would be its security settings are blocking the 32-bit launcher for some reason. Running the launcher as an administrator should fix that, but I'm aware giving admin privileges in a LAN cafe setting isn't ideal.
