Most if not all U17 related threads are still unlocked. The difference is that now we have more info, and will be getting a TON of info on the devstream today. The purpose of this thread isn't to ask for a release date, it's for getting hyped for the devstream today and U17. If you start expecting/building hype for recursive 'Soon's... Prime Time 83: "So! We've launched U17! Woohoo! Join us tomorrow on Devstream when we might consider revealing the initial ETA for the tentative ETA of the possible ETA for first glimpses at the initial concept drafts for U18!"
