Newest Nvidia Driver Harms Framerate

So I installed the newest NVidia driver today, thinking I would go ahead and keep it up to date. Normally, warframe runs pretty well for me, and only drops below 30fps when serious action is going on. Now, however, The game starts at around 34fps, and drops to 26-ish in the arsenal screen. Even when the framerate is above 30, the game looks blurry and runny, as if it was at 20fps. My other games seem to be running fine, only warframe is having this problem. If the dev team could have a look at this, or if a player has a solution that I missed, please reply.
