Game Freezes When Opening Star Map In Public Mode

Just like the title says, if I open the star map while in Public, the game freezes completely. (Jupiter and Saturn are partially formed to the left on the map every time.)

 

Before this error occured, I played a mission on Draco, Ceres as host (Public) and lost connection to all my teammates just as the round ended.

 

I can select missions in Solo mode with no problems.

 

 

Other misc. details:

 

I get the Strict NAT detected error every time I load up the game, and I usually drop the connection to my team in the first mission I play each day, but only the first. I have tried to configure my router and open ports, with little success.

i have the same problem but not only at the first mission but at all of them ,if somebody invites me my connection drops and it returns me to the main menu

every time i enter a mission my game freezes and if i enter with some teammates an error occurs and it returns me to the main menu
