Fps Drop When Scrolling Through Mods/foundry/codex | Fixed With Power Settings

After 18.4.6, it seems anything with a big list of items suffers an FPS drop (most noticeably in the Mod, Foundry and Codex sections) on both loading in and scrolling though.

I have a laptop (with Windows 10), so they're in that little battery icon

That should give you a menu with different power options 

Alternately, you can also go into the control panel, and they're in there as well
