Imaru
For those of us who haven't had an opportunity to mess around with the newest gun in the Warframe arsenal, it has an interesting mechanic that I only discovered by accident. If you are charging your laser and walk into an enemy, you will deal damage to them and the charge will end. It will end the animation and stop consuming ammo. I have no idea how much damage this weaponized defibrillator does when applied directly to the skin of an enemy, but I would assume it is somehow directly related to the fired damage that the Staticor does. Just an interesting little anecdote that I though I'd share.
p3z1
It doesn't have to be a charge. Even a shot, if you are near enough, "defibs" them.

Yes, but you can'd do any really significant amount of damage with that. That's best for CC.

taiiat
visually not to far off from 'spess' Defib paddles anyways. now we just need to figure out how to make our modern Defibrillators shoot Gamma Radiation and be potentially very dangerous... oh, right, Tasers! DeadlyBard676
you could also have it where while charging if you walk into a downed ally it instantly revives them with health based on how much ammo was consumed while charging x10.
