Toxic Procs Infinite Tick Down Enemy Health While Paused

DESCRIPTION: Pausing the game while an enemy is affected by a toxic proc causes their health to continue to tick down until death or unpause.

 

Who: Enemies

What: Toxic Procs

Where: Missions

 

CAN YOU REPRODUCE THE BUG? Yes

 

REPRODUCTION STEPS:

 

1. Set Matchmaker to Solo, equip a weapon or Warframe that can toxic proc an enemy

2. Enter navigation and launch into a mission

3. Toxic proc an enemy

4. Hit Esc

5. Observe enemy paused

6. Go make a sandwich

6.5 Observe enemy dead or unpause and see a flurry of damage ticks, one for each second the game was paused.

 

Noticed this when I paused the game to read and type a few things into region prime and then heard an ancient healer die as well as my Link switching off that Ancient.  Don't know if other damage over time effects have this same glitch like bleed and burning.  I'm guessing this is related to the lightning on ceres glitch were players who paused the game on ceres observed that lightning strikes continued even while everything was frozen.
