Since Last Update, Random Stuttering, Overheating, And Crashing

For the last couple of weeks, Warframe has begun stuttering randomly, often locking up completely. During a recent Nitain alert, the stuttering presaged the dropping of the rest of my party. I barely extracted and returned to my liset when my tower overheated and crashed my system. When I do Ctrl-Alt-Delete/Alt-F4 my way out of WF, the stuttering lingers on my machine, usually prompting a hard reset. Worse, these episodes seem to be getting more frequent, often occuring when I'm trying to mod my weapons.

 

This has never been an issue for me before, and given the announcement to vault Rhino Prime, could not come at a worse time. Am I the only one having this problem? And how do I fix this?

Man same thing happened to me in the Second Dream quest list just a moment ago.

Submersible quests are now unplayable, so let's just be patient, I think.

And it just happened again, this time while trying to claim something from my foundry.

Even after the Saryn Prime update, this remains an issue, and seems especially prone to triggering while using the Foundry or Arsenal.

My game has also been running hot since the Saryn Prime update. My task manager tells me its literally eating up 50% of my CPU and I can hear my tower start to strain just a minute after the game has started running. CPU temps are close to 70.

 

I had had this issue before, until the a few patches ago when it seemed to resolve itself. But now its back again.

Stuttering in some tilesets are happening with me as well.

The FPS counter stay on 72fps but the game feel like it's dropping frames.

 

Submersible missions are bad optimized since U18, when I did Second Dream my game just got a massive Frame Drop to 1 fps until it crashes.

 

I seriously don't know why the game performance is going downhill since U18, but it is, a lot of missions are dropping frames and it never dropped before, it drops even more when you're playing with someone else.
