Raptor Does Not Drop Any Nova Blueprints Since 9.5.2(12 Aug)

There are numerous statements about this bug but since there's no dedicated topic or a hotfix for it, I'll state it again:

Raptor does not drop ANY nova blueprints since the last update. It used to drop a lot of chassis/helmet blueprints before 12th August, and he dropped a blueprint every run back then, now he does not drop any. There are numerous people who confirm it, personally I did about 20 runs now and did not get a single blueprint.

 

I've heard some other boss drops are glitched as well. For example, Councilor Vay Hek does not drop Trinity blueprints, but every Grineer Commander now does. Well, thanks for it: I farmed my trinity in 2 runs of a low-lvl mission on Earth, but I really want to drop nova system.

 

2 questions:

1) When is it going to be fixed?

2) How do I know it's fixed?

Is it fixed in 9.5.3? Nothing in changelog related to raptor :/

The drops for Ash also seem to be affected.

Im having the same issue with Ember on Ruk. He only drops Mods and Material, no BP's. Ive done over 30 runs not a single BP.

Funny thing is, I only want ember and nova. None of them currently drop. How do we know the team is aware of this problem and is working on it?

Did a couple more raptor runs(about a dozen). Strange, but I've dropped 1 purple orb! So they do drop but extremely rarely. The orb dropped an item called "*****: *** : **" or something like that. Apparently nova systems I needed did not appear in the list after that.
