Scan Thumper enemy for the codex, maybe poke around a bit and see if anything "new" was added out there, shrug and wander off for something more relevant.

If this was during the sortie yesterday it was an Elemental Enhancement Sortie and all the enemies had Toxin damage mixed in with their normal damage, and toxin damage ignores shields and will affect health directly and Valkyr while being fairly tanky in Hysteria can still take damage and toxin damage isn't affected by hysteria's damage reduction and ignores shields.
So yeah Kela ain't broke.

Wolf who? Seriously this guy has a spawn chance of 0.000000001% or maybe its a 0.000000002% I haven't seen him at all yet and for a time limited unit with a custom weapon drop that's not a good thing.

the Provoked mod affects the beam damage though I feel the mod on its own isn't enough.

I feel the current implementation is inherently flawed its reliant on you having too much time on your hands then you know what to do with.
Regular alerts should have stayed in the game and all that they would have really needed were minor adjustments in the rewards you got for doing them,
1- Small credit buff, maybe by a half of what it was say you got 1000 credits make it 1500 instead. Not a huge buff but to a new player its a huge difference til they can get to the Index and farm it later on.
2- Increase the amount of materials you got from them by at least double for common/uncommon stuff and give at least 2 or 3 for rare materials. Put Nitain back in as a friggin' alert reward this is a material you keep using over and over again in so many things since it was put into the game that locking it away behind a special credit pay wall was a seriously moronic idea. I've seen many new players ask where to farm nitain only to be dismayed at the fact that it requires a special credit or god-tier luck to get it from a 1% sabotage cache drop, this is not a reliable way to farm this resource that is frequently needed.
3 - A small amount of rep for Nightwave added in. This probably shouldn't exceed say 200 for low level to 500 for a high level (probably adjust this as needed) leaving in the random fugitives for a bonus amount of rep and just make use of a daily cap like every other syndicate has, yes its annoying and I know that people will complain about another stinkin' cap but it would keep folks from farming it in a matter of days and it would alleviate some of that "OHMYGOD I gotta rush 'X' now." feeling that many players have right now.
A lot of new players made use of alerts to get access to materials they couldn't farm yet, Rhino is one of the earliest frames new players will most likely farm and you have no access to the 1 measly circuit you will need to craft his systems til you get to Neptune on the other side of the star chart. Hell a lot of the low tier weapons will need orokin cells which are out of reach til you get your butt to Saturn which again is on the other side of the chart.
Not that any of this matters since season 1 won't see any changes despite it really needing it so all this is just us pissing in the wind and calling it rain.

I'm mastery rank 26 been playing Warframe since 2013 I've collected all that was available from alerts long before this update was even a thing I have zero need for wolf credits (which by the way have a limited life span) I have a stockpile of blue/gold taters in the 100's range, this is how I feel on umbral forma and I really don't feel like grinding through yet another damn tiered reward system.

Or don't do it all which is my plan, I already care very little for this entire change and would rather have the old alerts back even if its pure RNG trash you have to fight through to get the stuff you are after at least it didn't feel like a chore. One plays a game to have fun, not to have it feel work and Nightwave feels like work.

What can Warframe learn from Anthem? Absolutely nothing. The question should be, what can Bioware (if it survives that is) learn from Digital Extremes, Anthem is an utter dumpster fire of a game its only redeeming value are its javelin flight mechanics and even then its ruined by overheating and loading screens.

And this of course comes with the infamous Digital Extremes SOON™ which means as early as tomorrow or an unspecified time in the far future, kinda like the Hydroid Prime trailer, the Rictus ghoul saw gun, Nox booger blaster or the zephyr deluxe...from 2 years ago.
There's a few hints in there DE lets see if you can find em' not sure if I can make them anymore obvious then they already are.

I'm sure its on DE's list of "Things we need to do" but its probably on the very bottom of it. Every once in awhile we do get texture passes for older stuff its just not a primary concern to them and yeah I do agree its showing its age and really stands out from anything made in the last 2 or so years.

Its a "Vauban" quality rework, meaning pretty much nothing changed all and the same old problems are still there.

Since no one actually answered the OP's question its a dojo decor item only, which is a pity cause its actually pretty nice looking.
Also side note the image is only broken cause Imgur doesn't like direct image linking from their site to other places.

2/10 cause a 1 would be too obvious, too many spawns when doing the orb bounties, an ungodly amount of time spent on my ass due to the stupid amount of knockdown every Vallis enemy has, a grind for supposedly common resources that is just tedious, 3 different unskippable "pep" talks, missions that just break for whatever reason it feels like.
All for what?
Pretty much nothing you get a handful of credits and a single toroid worth 6k rep. I can farm twice that amount just farming the regular ones from various mobs in the labs/spaceport/temple in half the time it takes to do one mother so you can guess what I'm not going to be doing in the future.
