Well, according to wiki. I wonder where this numbers coming from. Drop tables had been encrypted long ago, hadn't they?
Let's see, from 57 runs I got 43 relics, it's ~75,4%. Divided on 11 possible relics it gives us ~6,9% which is indeed close enough to 7,04%. But 12 of that 43 was N3 (yeah, I've just got another one), which is 21%. I mean luck is luck, but it's thrice as much. Eh, screw it, I guess another 50 runs are in order...

Hm, I don't know. I've done 55x4exc runs by now. Got 11 N3 and only 1 (one) E1. I just have hard time believing, that they have same drop chance. By the way, there are 17 possible drops from Rotation C: 6 mods and 11 relics. Assuming they all have the same drop chance, it's less than 6%.

Looks like typo to me. Rot A on Berehynia drops Neo, not Axi. I think Berehynia, Cerberus and Xini have the same rotation: Neo, Neo, Axi, Axi.

Looks like basic planets like Mercury, Venus, etc. Up to level 20ish. And, as any other fissure, could spawn in the Void. Which is quite bizarre, if you ask me, hope they change it.

Lith fissures are not exclusive to the Void. And after reaching Phobos you have access to the Void. Not simple, you have to wait for accessible Lith fissure, but definitely not impossible.

Actually specifically for Meso I'd recommend farming tier3 spy missions like Laomedeia and above. About 3-4 min per run, about 65% probability for Meso and rest for Neo from my experience. Corresponding excavation just takes longer with apparently same chances.

Relic drops in same way as keys ATM. Lith - T1, Meso - T2, Neo - T3, Axi - T4. There is some difference in interception, but it was not good place to farm since excavation drop change anyway. So for Neo and Axi its Hieracon. For Lith and Meso - some low level excavation or spy missions if you into them.

Actually, this is how the game used to work from the beginning: if there is an alert/invasion on the node, then the regular mission is unavailable. This was changed due to whining players maybe a year ago. )
But this time - yep, probably just a bug.

Nah, I don't mind some grind, it's grinding game after all. I remember me farming for Nyx Prime. I farmed for T3E keys and used them immediately one by one. I ended up with several hundreds other T3 keys, several dozens Nyx Prime Systems. I made more than 600 runs for T3E keys on excavation and spy missions, and more than 50 runs on T3E itself. Yeah, finally I got chassis, only several months of farming. Nothing could be worse than $&*&*#(%& key-system. Nothing. If I loose Boar Prime getting rid of it - so be it.

Damn. Had a loads of keys to farm Boar, and now not a single one relic with any vaulted drop. They did it on purpose, it seems. Ok, farm on.

Yeah. I almost finished farming Boar then the patch hit. Now we just have to wait till it will be resolved, I guess.

For me removing and reinstalling SSL sertificates solved the problem and evidently I'm not alone on this. Probably it will not work for everyone, but worth trying anyway. It takes no time anyway.

Just FYI, reinstalling warframe SSL sertificates in EI may still solve the problem (it did for me today). You can find instructions here: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/49198-login-failed-check-your-info/page-2.
P.S.: to be able to reinstall them you need to launch EI as administrator btw.
