  1. I'm very okay with this. It's quite hard to get, compared to some other primes, and the damage when compared to it's original counterpart isn't all that much more.

Having a little bit more of a punch to it would be great, it's a nice and versatile weapon, but having to get a few forma on it just to achieve a more desirable damage output makes a lot of people consider other options.

  2. I have played many games and PS4/PS3 has always been ahead for updates. BF4 we got them earlier, destiny. The list goes on and I've never heard of this being the norm.

You do realize Warframe is a PC game, ported to the PS4, instead of the other way around? We usually get crappy console ports, now you have to deal with waiting a little while to get a quality game. Deal with it.

Oh, and you're welcome for all the bugtesting we do, ensuring PS4 doesn't encounter (as many) gamebreaking bugs and glitches.

  3. With a low ranked ceramic dagger?

Why go into a level you know is high level, with tough enemies, with a weapon that's clearly not on par with what you'll be fighting? That's not bad game design, nor is it the infested being too strong, that's just natural selection playing its course.

  4. I'm a veteran player, actually, I have a BrocaliburPrime, but I rarely use him, as Saryn's abilities I'm in love with ^.^

I tend to use relitively low-mastery weapons when I join into their games, so I'm not waltzing around with Dragon nikanas and some such.

Basic Loadout when I go helping: Valkyr or Saryn, rarely Vauban, with Cernos, Kunai, and either Lecta, Bo, or Dual Zorens.

most of the time, it's Lecta, as the sweeping angle attacks can really help clear an area if someone goes down :) I treat the game like it's TF2 at that point, and I'm the Medic/Engineer. My job is to make sure that when the team makes it TO the point, they ahve higher health/ammo than the enemy team, and can hold that point for longer than the enemy can. I don't try to be the most important, but it's really useful and fun when I'm running around with lower-mastery players.

Heck, one of the players that I helped back when they were at MR 0 just caught up to me at MR7! ^.^ I was very happy when they messaged, telling me "Hey, I'm mastery 7 now!"

EDIT: I would imagine that sense of "Heck yes!" when I get a message from a newer player that I helped thanking me, or telling me they're getting the hang of it, is the same feeling that a school teacher gets when the student with the lowest grade in teh class turns it around and just aces the finals. a Sense of pride, and joy... I may feel a bit selfish enjoying that feeling, but I like it.

Oh, I know exactly what you mean. I do go in with my main frame, however I have a Braton and Aklato set aside just for missions like that. If only to show that, with a bit of work, the weapons they'll soon be easily acquiring can be quite powerful. It's always great to meet new players that way, and some of them do stick around as friends/clan members eventually. ^^

  5. I'm quite glad that we have people stopping to help out newer players. Hoenstly, I would love for there to be a "Coaching" system put into place, which allows people to help out newcomers to Warframe, by letting them set up a mission, pick a tileset, the kind of enemies that would show up, and they would not be able to do anything but rez if a player goes down.

I may actually make a thread based around this at a later date, but my sleep-deprived mind is messing with me :L

Sounds like a great plan to me! Helping out the new folks is always a bunch of fun, even more so because they're not obsessed with stats/builds as some of the veteran players can be. They're excited about the game and enthusiastic about all of it's aspects, especially after seeing what a high-level player can do.

  6. Woot! My last drunken happy times landed me a few good friends. XD Go help our awesome newlets!!!

Thank you for spelling it out, this times a bunch. Communication is meaningless when the code itself appears to be trolling everyone.

Will do! Let's just hope they don't spend 2 minutes shooting at me and wondering why the shiny new boss isn't going down.. I guess they haven't seen Ember Prime yet. Always funny to watch.

  7. Whenever the update hits, regardless of hiccups, bugs, mistakes, lack of communication, whatever... I'm just happy I'm getting something AWESOME for free. The wait is worth it. I love this game flaws and all. And I'm halfway through my wine bottle. Yay for coherent sentences!!!!!!!!

Sipping my way through a bottle of scotch here, going to run some beginner levels online to see if I can help out some newbies. Drunk help is the best help they can get, after all!

  8. The hype is still real, and though I'm really excited about the update I'm also slightly ticked off by now. I know bugs happen, and that the release can get delayed, but because I spent all night (for me, it's now 7AM) waiting on the update with my boyfriend on Skype, I now won't be able to see him for the day as he needs to sleep. He works at night, so that's messed up our plans...

If anything, I'm waiting until the two of us can play it together, so the update's delayed almost an entire day for me. Woo.

  9. You've got to be kidding me. I've been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. It's just common sense.

Thankyou. I feel you were right in your notion that you too have been further even more decided to use even need to go look do more as anyone ever has. I assume that on that basis when I also have been as far to reall even decided to do more like I am been further than decided.

  10. i can give a example of unique skin. Phased syanadas and phased Vauban are not reproducible in game...

Still just reskins of pre-existing things in the game. Again, not so much a PC exclusive as it is a Steam exclusive, only obtainable through crafting a badge during the Steam Sale it was for. Ignoring the fact that consoles lag behind with updates (and frankly, are putting a bottleneck on PC updates now), it still isn't because the devs favour PC over PS4, it's because we have special events on PC.
