  1. So this is just what she is now? No word at all about adjusting her?

    Running around trying to get to each person to bless them is ridiculously not fun. You already added not being able to bless anyone in a nully bubble. And DR now has a much lower cap. Wasn't that enough? That already would have stopped the self nuke trick. 

    I don't think global heal with 50m DR radius (or 75 considering the size of many maps) would be too op. I loved Trin, but what she's been turned into makes me only want to play her selfishly. 

  2. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but I really don't think the new void system will reduce grind or rng. We''ll see is as optimistic as I can be.   

    From what little we know, it seems likely that each player will need a projection to get a reward, adding grind since before each person's key would get everyone a reward. If this is the case, grinding void projections would yield fewer rewards than grinding keys. Of course, who knows if projection farming will differ from key farming. 

    Also, it remains to be explained if endless void missions will still exist, and if they do, whether or not you would get multiple charges for different projections. Depending on how that works, it could be goodbye to multiple reward void runs. This *could* be a *fairish* trade if projections only give us parts and not o cells or new projections. 

    I really don't know what the new system would look like, but even with the potential help to us I see in what has been explained, I still see a lot of potential to add to grind in what hasn't been explained. That dev workshop can't come soon enough. 

    And the Vault? Yup, that's just money. Why would that stuff go back into the game permanently if it can become a cash cow periodically and drive plat sales in between? It's an evil genius way to recycle old content into new sales. Disney model ft$w. 

  3. Nxy's passive is still the only one that makes me want an option to turn off passives. 

    Please, DE. If we can't have a passive more suited to Nyx (I have no idea why there seems to be a push to make her more like Loki), at least add an option to turn off the passive so we aren't hindered by it.

I have this problem as well. My hunch is that it has to do with Carrier only picking things up when we're moving since that's a change that came with the last update and that's when this issue started for me. Seems like it doesn't always recognize that I'm moving even when I'm in constant motion.

    Obviously these are not final but there are some interesting things that currently seem to be the case:

    • There is more than one of most of the Tear Tiers (Thats a mouthful) but not all
    • The time remaining varies, suggesting that they don't rotate as one
    • The longest time is almost two hours, it's possible that the location and mission type might change rapidly
    • The mission types don't match the tileset (E.G. Triton is Excavation, the Tear is Exterminate)
    • The mission levels don't match the location's usual level (E.G. Vesper is 6-8, the tear is 30-40)

     

    Maybe I'm misinterpreting, but no more corrupted?

    This. Depending on how it's handled, it could be a huge change. 

    Also would like to understand if all team members would need a projection to get a reward. If so, drop chances/number of rewards should increase since that's the same as burning a key from each team member for one void mission. 

    So little info so far... could be awesome, could be really terrible. So much idk.

    My only additional suggestion would be to have the redeploy feature automatically select the least-damaged Extractors.  If you send the same damaged Extractors out until they get destroyed, once again you aren't doing players any favors.

    Good point, I would want the redeploy to pick the extractors that are at full or higher health

    DE also claims to want to get rid of camping, but Trinity's range nerf does the exact opposite of that.

    I am logging in as a PS4 player on an iPhone

    First of all, thank you so much for the app. It's a huge upgrade, looks beautiful, and my forma collection will forever thank you.  
     

    • Please consider adding a collect all and redeploy to the same planets for extractors. Not a priority, but this would be great. (In the game too). 
       
    • Alerts don't seem to come up...ever. Invasions work as intended. 
       
    • Exilus adapters aren't included anywhere that I can find. I am building one right now, but my foundry does not list it. The built ones I have also do not show up anywhere in my inventory. 
       
    • Please add blueprints to the Inventory > Prime Parts section. Or add a blueprints section that will list them. 
       
    • It may be due to limitations in the app making process, but please consider adding the ability to craft items that require the selection of other items to build such as dragon keys. 
       
    • A Baro section showing the countdown to his next appearance would also be awesome.
       
    • Also a listing of what Darvo is selling. (Maybe I'm too spoiled by Deathsnacks). 
       

    I have other thoughts on what I would love to be added, but at some point I realize there are limits... (Dreaming of a being able to see previews of my kubrow and kubrow prints, changing what dog I have out, changing my clan MOTD, checking my Kuria or Codex progress, seeing who is online on my friends list, etc). 

    Thanks again for everything that is a part of the app!!

  10. Can we get any info on what the star chart will be like? I don't need spoilers, but if you could explain if it will still be possible to make progress toward specific goals without waiting for a certain node or mission type to come up, I will be very grateful. As in, I want to rebuild vanilla Frost today - can I go do that or will I need to wait? Or, I need nano spores but I'd like to fight infested in a survival (like we can currently in a DSS), will I have those types of specific options? Also, I have heard that the void will "open up" at different times across the map. Does this mean the end of being able to farm specific frames all day since we would have to wait for the right void mission to appear? If I only need one last enemy to complete my codex, can I count on having an option available to look for them? (Etc). 

    On another note, there have been some big changes to frames. There is a ton of feedback in the threads for each of these frames. How do the devs feel about where the frames are right now? Will we continue to see tweaks, and if so, can we get an idea of where the focus is? Will any tweaks be put off until U19 is complete, or can we expect anything to be tied into the U19 parts?

     

    Finally, please take Nxy's passive away. No passive would be so much better. It's is not uncommon for a Nyx to recast Mind Control or Chaos on the same target(s), but much of the utility of that is gone if they lose their weapons. They need to keep their weapons for both utility and for comedy. Sometimes we really need to know how the fight is going to end and that can take a few casts of chaos. :) And while you are at it, there is a lot of good feedback for the other frames' passives too.

    Really hope it's not like that.

    If that is the case, they better up the drop chances for parts like crazy. And they better have a LOT of alerts up at any given time. That would be a nightmare if I wait a few hours for a void alert only to still get a key as a reward. 

    Let's say a player had a goal to farm X prime today, and they log in to see no alerts are up for it, its much more likely that they log out and play something else than to keep playing whatever is available until an alert comes up. 

    But no use in arguing against a guess of what it might be when we have no idea what they are really going to do. I'm trying to stay hopeful that the new star chart will be a good change. At the same time it's really hard not to be a bit worried when we've gotten no info in a long time and have no solid answers to basic questions like if we will have several options for farming a specific resources or an option to get a specific frame/prime at any given time.

    Not sure where you got this. I have rebred a dog by using both its prints until it comes out as tall or short as I am looking for. IE, I have taken the two prints from a very short kubrow and bred it again to get a tall version. I have also had two different prints of roughly the same height make a new dog that is vastly shorter or taller than its parents. Height seems to be random from what I have seen.

    What I'm still a little iffy about is the bubble. I remember reading the follow up patch on pc that said the bubble builds up from a small radius and killing reduces that radius and being relieved. Now that I played with it it legitimately took me a few hours to before I noticed we actually got the updated changes on the ps4 version.

    I do notice that it starts relatively small and gets larger, but if it actually shrinks as you kill I can't tell the difference. Either the growth rate is too fast to begin with, ramps up to ridiculous levels over time, or the amount that the radius shrinks per kill is much too small(i think I remember reading that it's -1m per kill, but there's no way that's the case). I'd take note of my huge bright pink bubble (because my valkyr is a pretty warrior princess) and slide into a group of 5 or so charging grineer claws bared, and honestly I can't tell if my bubble got any smaller. 5 kills in less than a second and if it shrunk, I'd never know either because it's growing back to fast, or the distance was actually set to .1 meter per kill instead of 1. 

    So I'm fine with the changes, I'll live with them, but the exact values need some tweaking. Bubble should grow a little slower and the kill effect to the radius should be just a bit more noticeable (also, if I read right and max range is 40m that's nearly the area of a football field and that's banana nut crazy)

    When I was testing her, I didn't see it shrink at all no matter how many enemies I killed or how quickly. It appears we didn't get the change to kills reducing the range.
