  1. First of all, I've been playing for years. Due to unforseen circumstances (my gf staying out quarentine, taking over my system) I have downloaded and begun playing on Switch. 

    Naturally I am starting over. It's nice, sometimes... Reminicing on Loki being a starter, then hating the high MR locked prime everything...

    Anyway, through my play, I noticed finding VERY few other Tenno. I select a difficult intercept mission, see 4 open squads, and proceed to instant start alone. I wait for others, 4 minutes later I give up searching. Even relic running I find Tenno my MR +/- 2 or 3. 

    Now, I don't remember this being a thing years ago when I started, is it something new, or just a Switch thing with low population?

  2. I agree, remove Volt's forced go fast on everyone.

    Truly though, it's extremely annoying...

     

    As for situation at hand, I don't use vector a ton, but it's there as needed. Replaced the 100% useless bounce pad, which is nice. Honestly, the buff should be aoe, but meh. Otherwise, 1 of 4 mines being meh isn't bad. Beats some frames with 1/4 useful abilities at all.

    One more random question though, is the progress on navigation for emblems cumulative or in one run? 

  4. Let's not.

    First, Destiny is not the main competitor, that's hilariously wrong. 

    Second, there are things called "console exclusives" that prevent cross save 90% of the time.

    Third, it's a lot of work that would be better off put into new content and stabilizing current content. 

     

    Long story short, no. Maybe a catch up save here and there moving to PC like they did before, but that's about it.

  5. PvP in its entirety needs to be removed from the game. Barely anyone plays it, it is horrendous in mechanics, and it was added just to appease a very small 1% max.

    Bug focus PvE games are always held back by the random obligatory PvP they just have to have...

  6. Or just remove the ability to trade rivens in the traditional way, then cap stats depending on rolls.

     

    Basically if you roll crit chance and damage, both stats will cap at let's say 50% and 2x. Where if only one was rolled they cap at 100 and 3. Just as an example. Fixes overkill god rolls.

    Now make a room, akin to liches, to trade rivens. No plat, no items, just riven for riven. Tear down all these riven monarchs, make it more reasonable to get them. Instead of rich ass A selling something that a very small 1% can afford (case point, OP). 

     

    In terms of this "endgame" you speak of, it's a terrible idea. Want heavy challenge? Go do arbitrations solo with a below average loadout and non meta weaponry. We had raid like things that were what you are talking about, they were removed because so few did them and nobody liked bullet sponges. 

     

    Go actually play the game, then you will have a valid feedback and opinion to use. Right now you sound like the spoiled rich kid demanding a new model of car that they will neither own or be able to drive.

  7. Ok, so I made it to a rank 6. Now it gets sucky with grinding. Can't seem to find good crews, nor get anywhere fast...

    I'm having huge issues though. I'm in a mission, says I have 10. Finish mission screen I have 28. Screen refreshes upon "view last mission" to 20. Go to dojo kiosk, I have 17. 

    What in the hell is going on, and why does it seem 10 just disappear?

    For the eidolons you also have rhino who excells in it

    In my opinion the best way to fix him is to make him into a DRAGON so give him flight like a dragon

    I said since he launched. Lol I have played long before that. But sure, because abilities work so much different on PC...

    There is, as you said, a ton of others that need it much more, thus taking priority. 

    His 4 is not only a distraction, it deals dps, stuns enemies, ragdolls enemies, plus any status procs. That's quite a build up for one ability, seeing that covers 2 of Loki's and then some.

    My point was that a large number of frames have a near useless ability on anything above mid game. Others here are whining about dps, hence the reference to support frames.

    Here's the thing, giving him flight like Hildryn is totally useless. Another near copy/paste ability. Do what in the air, use his 1? Sure, cause it has that kind of range... Even then, Hildryn's 4 just makes her a moving target with a minimal use outside CC. Back to Chroma, flying would block or nullify his 2/3, which undoes half the kit. Also, the full custom animations between pelt on and off would be scrapped, his under model scrapped, and other things that make him unique. Which is an even bigger waste of time and resources...

    His 2 and 3 might as well be one ability, as you cast them together.  And his 3 ignores his “passive.”  Such design, much Dragon.  

    His 4 makes more credits.  Yay.  It also doesn’t move unless you use the cumbersome augment, does poor damage and you lose armor using it.  Sounds awesome to me.  

    He needs a damn rework to be a proper dragon frame, even if it’s a quick hack job on his 1 and 4.  There is more to this game than stupid EiDoLoNz and he deserves to be a complete frame.  

    Make him fly with his 4.   Make his 1 do real CC or damage.  Give him a better passive.  

    There are few frames where their 1 is the lead super ability of their kit. Ember, Frost, Rhino, Excal, Mesa, Vauban, etc just to name a few with very quickly diminished 1s. Their kits excel at 2, 3, or 4. 

    Chroma is no different. I have mained him since launch, even bought prime access. I have never had issues. He got hit hard on his Vex, which took a hit on utility, but can now buff allies. Mix that with a good team, and he can last through arbitrations easy. 

    Proper use rarely uses both 2 and 3 at the same time. Use a sentinel with shield refresh, and max armor. Then let dip in health to get damage buff, use ward, and healed a good chunk. Then poof, shields back. Max buff, max shields, and half health. Simple as that.

    You also neglect that his 4 has CC and buff capabilities, credits are just a gee wizz bonus. And Trinity, Harrow, and other semi supports deal next to no damage either. And if his Vex is maxed, armor loss is moot.

    His kit is fine, maybe some tuning in numbers, but nothing major. And eidolons is where he excells I said, not exclusive use. Read.

    Chroma is awesome as is. His 4 is not damage output, but more supportive. His 1 is fun to use, and is more towards element procs. His 2 and 3 are legendary, especially on a red spectrum build. There is a reason he was the go to for eidolon hunts you know...

    God, if they totally rework him, his build will be ruined. Not every ability has to do dps. Is trinity also bad because she's full support?

  11. I use opticor... a lot. I mean, A LOT. It has always been my fav go to, even back when everyone was hating the charge beam concept. No, the broken gammacor was bettef... bleh. 

    I remember when I really tuned it, mirage was the go to. Managed a super rare orange 1.3 million crit on a grineer in the old derelict. Even one tapped stalker once.

    Nowadays I laugh at my constant 90-400k hits, with a rare orange 15mil crit here and there. Overkill? Oh hell yes, especially when that procs on something stupid like a kubrow.

     

    Is it nice one tapping bosses? Yes. Will I miss it? Yes. Is 90% of the shots fired sheer wasted overkill? Oh yeah... So I'm looking forward yo trying it... with my god roll riven in hand, lol.

    If I wanted PC's UI and mouse physics, I would buy and play on PC.

  13. Now we all know about the infamous missing piece(s) for a puzzle. Relics, however, seem to be just the opposite... We have 300 pieces to a 100 piece puzzle, and they are all different colors, none of which match the picture on the box!

    Yes I am talking about Forma and their apparent HEAVY over abundance. Yes I know the horse is dead. Yes I know RNG. This would just make me feel better to keep pestering about it in hopes it gets fixed.

    Long, very annoying, story short: 15 back to back radiant new relics, 15 back to back stupid Formas that I have nothing to do with. For the love of it all, we have over one hundred different relics, why put a Forma on ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ONE? Sure, they may be useful, but earning 30 per day when only one can build at a time is absolutely pointless.

    Either: A, let us build X at a time. or B, remove them from relics, and put them somewhere that can be farmed, such as excavation or the new Kuva system, and let those who actually want them, earn them. Heck, I would be fine allowing them to trade, not much a market seeing how stupidly common they are...

    Alright, I feel better now...
