  1. I am left handed - I have no issue.

I don't understand why some left handed users feel like they want to be treated like a disabled class - as those with color blindness.

I never said that it was catering to disability. It's just about being able to have a choice in appearance.

  2. Wouldnt it be done by just mirroring the frame and its animations and togglable in options ?

Im not saying that its easy, i dont develop games ... the problems i would see :

    - do the other clients need to see the mirrored frame or just the normal, so the change would just be client side

    - the startpoint of the weapon projectiles with non-hitscan weapons when client and host have a diffrent one ...

    ...

-It would be nice if everyone saw the variety. This whole idea is about inclusion.

-I'm sorry, I don't really see an issue with this one.

I dont see a problem qith the current version, pressing h already do the trick. Plus, im left handed and i always played the tird person shooters with the over the shoulder on the right side and i dont see the benefits of that too

It's more immersion and personalization than any gameplay enhancement.

  3. i know this aint much for the moment but you can switch camera views so you see your self from the left side instead of right with "H",  the camera changes but that is it. the frame still does everything right handed until something like something you are suggesting is done.

Yes, but I'm talking about full-on handedness switch.

Quite frankly I think from a business standpoint, the gain just would not be worth the time and resources.

That's what I was worried about. And, I mean, you need to ask yourself, how much is DE willing to use to satisfy a niche like this?

  4. I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but I would like an option to change the dexterous orientation, the handedness, of my Warframes. I feel like this would add a bit more personalized depth into the customization. If someone wanted their Warframe to wield a weapon via left hand, they would be able to do that.

For example, when you're in the Arsenal, you can go to your Warframe, and then in Appearance, there is a little option for Hand, and a switch that either goes to the Right or Left.

Or, alternatively, when you customize your Tenno, there could be an option there that you can click that will automatically apply that status to all of your Warframes. However, this version may be limiting players that have not completed The Second Dream.

Yes, I realize that this may take time to go in and edit all of the animations that are associated with this, all of the melee stances and whatnot, and I don't expect DE to carry this out, as it probably wouldn't have a major effect on gameplay, just different appearance-wise. However, if they successfully pulled this off, I believe that it will add more depth to the customization system and allow players to personalize their experience in a way that never really was catered to before in a video game.

    EDIT:

Nevermind this topic. It was a stupid idea.

  5. "Silent guardian,

    Fighting for eternal peace,

    Why do you not speak?"

    "Master of the Blade,

    Exalted is your weapon,

    The First Guardian."

    "Silence of the Void,

    Echoes of the Sentient,

    They answer the call."

Just a couple, for fun! ^^

  6. You say "Easy on the eyes" but I think the lighting gives that black and white a LOT of intensity. Polarizing colours carry some of that as it is, but the light just makes the white REALLY bright. Don't mistake that for a lack of appreciation though, I do like seeing something less flashy every now and again. So, i'd put this at about a 5/10.

When I said "easy on the eyes", I meant the fact that I used mainly neutral colors with red and blue highlights. But, I do see what you're saying. Thank you for the feedback.

Now, I would like to ask you to help me create a color scheme for Excalibur. I tend to prefer neutral shades of grey and blue hues. I also ask that you do it for the Immortal Skin and either the Pendragon or Avalon helmets, or the Proto Armor. Or both. Thank you in advance!

  7. Here's my Excalibur:

The overall idea I went with is that less is more. Sometimes, you need something easy on the eyes and quaint. No flashy colors or wild mixtures of such. So, I did what I could with the limited resources I had, and this is what I made.
