Tragey doesn't need LOS because it already need setup via making all the enemies we want to kill with it be covered in slash procs. The balance they seek to achieve can be found in making dark verse have LOS.

Dante doesn't need LOS on Tragedy the setup for tragedy to nuke is bathing enemies in slash procs, without those slash procs it's not a nuke in later content. If anything I could stand LOS being on dark verse but not the ability that NEEDS setup.
