    It's not so bad. Our last update went through cert in 3 days. I've hear she process costs DE money though.

    And I think hotfixes can be made without cert. They usually a couple small things.

    It'd be awesome for us to just be one step behind. Get lunaro when pc gets star chart 3.0. We get star chart 3.0 when they get war within. And finally war within a couple weeks later. 

    I'm general I wish they telegraphed console plans a little clearer. PC knows it's getting an update every week. We have no idea when we will get something, even after they post in announcements.

    And this was an interim build, not a major update like the one we'll be getting next.

    I take that to mean we will either get a build in between the 3 pc updates or we will get it very soon after U19 is finished. They are planning to release the war within around tennocon which is July 9. They also seem to be actively working on console builds as new content comes out. I'm optimistic.

    Yeah I'm at MR 21 and haven't been able to bring myself to level a bunch of stuff because I hate the first part where it's useless. This fits their newer trend where they are trying to make playing the game just as beneficial as cheesing things.

    With the new change, anytime you get or forma a new weapon, warframe or companion, the starting mod capacity is equal to your Mastery rank before orokin catalysts or orokin reactors. When the weapons level exceeds the Mastery Rank then it continues to gain mod capacity as normal.

    So you claim a new weapon as a Mastery Rank 12 player; it has a mod capacity of 12. If you install an orokin catalyst, it has a mod capacity of 24. When it gets to level 13 it has a base capacity of 13 and a capacity of 26 after the the orokin catalyst. 

    The higher your MR the better it gets. At MR 20 you are at 2/3 of the final capacity. What this means is that instead of having to go to experience intensive levels when you get new gear, you can play fairly normally, just avoiding very end game missions and still level your weapons and frames and enjoy them more. This will really be nice when you have to put 5 or so forma into a weapon and can use it for void farming or whatever you like. 

    To me, this is the best change they have made for players since they added parkour 2.0.

    Also the stalker won't screw people over who are leveling quite as easily.

    i am as well honestly, but mostly just wanting the new MR/Forma system (which we arguably should have gotten in the Rathuum update).

    Really just want the mod capacity change. I want to be able to level all of my weapons and enjoy it instead of grinding forever. Considering that change was well implemented on PC by the time they announced our build, it was weird they did not include it.

    (I believe is underlined to represent that this is my own personal belief of how DE might release U19 for consoles, neither way I've described has been confirmed by DE.     I hope the second one is what we get. That would put our next update within 2-3 weeks and keep people engaged. Rathuum helped a little but already seems to be winding down.

    We just got an update last week and cert took three days. My problem is they only updates us to 18.13.0 when all the fixes came in 18.13.2-4

  9. With the recent U19 update and mention of quicker console updates I was wondering when we should expect the next console update. Will we get an update after Lunaro? After Specters of the rail?

    I am pretty interested in the timeline of the next update to get the rest of the existing warframe fixes and the starting mod capacity changes that PC is already enjoying. 

    What do you all think?

    I’m hoping you will find some unique fun in Lunaro, it turned out great and I can’t wait to add more to it based on your feedback and passion as we continue, together, our crazy gaming experiment known as Warframe :).

    Is there anyway to get the starting mod capacity change to console tenno sooner? Hotfix maybe? I find myself playing less now while I wait for this feature.

    Well the most recent volt change was in 18.14. They could have stopped us at 18.13.4. Honestly could care less about other changes. I just want to be able to enjoy leveling weapons and frames.

    Edit: they actually did worse this way. Instead of giving us the more finished Trinity they gave us partially finished trinity which is at it's least effective. (damage reduction based on average of player health vs. the pc current strength based damage reduction.)

    Yeah. What I want is a timeline for or next update. I want the mod capacity change more than the U19 so I can actually enjoy using my weapons all the time. 

    Also pushing the minor changes up to 18.4.0 shouldn't be too difficult.

  13. This seems an odd move to only give consoles 18.13.0 excluding half the trinity changes and a lot of fixes. 

    Most of all we lost the single best quality of life change since parkour 2.0: the mod capacity change. I'm very disappointed. This was going to refresh the game by making leveling less tedious. 

    I am hoping we get an update or hot fix very soon.

    Drew I am a huge fan of DE and have been extolling this update for weeks. However, the decision to not include the mod capacity changes is severely poor. That was the single best quality of life change DE has made since parkour 2.0. please advise soon when we can expect this. Thanks,

  15. Saw this idea on Reddit and wanted to bring it up. 

    Basically in common chat window there should be an option to filter posts that include a string of text, similar to the search in other menus. IE search WTB in trade for prospective buyers or T3S in recruiting. Would make these tools much more useful. 

  16. This happened with saryn prime too but none of the new items exist so I cannot remotely claim new items or start builds. This is kind of frustrating. I think itd be reasonable to add them up to week in advance as we usually already know what's coming.
