  1. Questions/Issues I have about Revenant

    1. Why isn't the max amount of enemies u can enthrall not higher and not affected by power strength?

    2. How come enemies stunned by Mesmer skin, not open to finishers?

    3.Why is the distance of Reave affected by duration and not range and if its range is affected by duration y not make It so we have direct control over where we go upon cast?

    4.Why is Reave not an instant cast like it is in his 4th?

    5.Why does the counter on his 4th decay so fast? Better yet why does the counter decay at all?

    6.How come the nullifiers can shoot through the Mesmer skin and kill you?

    7.Why change the passive from the previous Devstream where it was lifesteal based off of current energy to the current version we have now? I ask this because if he had the lifesteal passive it would've synergized more with his 4th ability where he has to take dmg to deal more dmg. His current passive is just a better and more consistent version of Nova and Rhino.

    These are the issues that I have with Revenant overall he is a decent frame, he is pretty fun to play with but he can be a bit better. His Mesmer skin is pretty good and his enthrall is a one-handed ability which is nice.

    Deal with it.

    The headshot multiplier was the same as any other headshot multiplier for any other weapon. It was not op, it would've been op with harrow and his 4th ability augment which is why they nerfed it.

    I would also prefer if the Shred mines armor stripping effect be permanent and the Concussion mines open enemies to finishers instead of a radiation proc.

    to be honest I kinda like the fact that concussion gives a radiation proc because it gives you more room to play with, where as going thru a finisher animation Is tedious and locks you in place and Vauban ain't no tanky boi. As for the shred mine permanently removing armor... I luv it.

  4. As much as I like Bounce's ability to troll and Trip Laser's ability to be...Trip Laser, it is time for them to go, so here is my ideas for their replacement.

    Barricade: This ability replaces bounce. Vauban deploys a hard light physical barrier that players can take cover behind (think of the grineer deployable cover except a bit lower, a bit wider, and semi-transparent). It is purely duration based and lasts 40 seconds, every 5 seconds it pulses restoring 150 health and 150 shields( can grant overshields) in a 15 meter radius.

    Dispenser(This is for ppl who want more dakka dakka for your Twin Grakata): Vauban deploys a ammo regenerator that continuously restores ammo to your ammo pool and magazine in 20 meter radius, this regenerator lasts for 25 seconds.

    As for the rest of Vauban's abilities I don't really think they need any changes other than Tesla's status chance being increased and the bugs for bastille and vortex being fixed(the one where u throw the ability and somehow lands behind in a corner somewhere).

    Also, you call it void energy a lot, which is guess it technically is, but it lead me to believe you want him to actually deal void damage? Which could be problematic. Only operators can deal the void damage type.

    Edit: also, his stats may need adjusting. Seems a bit tough for a burst assassin style frame

    1.Yeah I can see energy roil being in the first slot.

    2.No he is not actually doing void dmg if anything his 4th would do radiation dmg

    3.In what world is 225 health and 55 armor 2 tough in warframe, now u might say "well what about his shields?" too which I would reply "so...what about his shields?" his shields are in line with most other warframes and shields as a whole are mostly worthless.

    Abilities

    Passive:

    Finisher dmg will restore 25 energy

     

    1st ability: Phase Shift:

    Blinks 8 meters in the direction you're moving and becomes invisible for the next 5 seconds(unaffected by duration mods) your next attack will break invisibilty(this is a left-handed ability

     

    2nd ability Energy Roil:

    for the next 25 seconds your weapons will channel raw void energy, any time you shoot or melee an enemy that dmg is dealt to all other enemies in a 9 meter aoe(unmoddable) for 50% of the damage dealt, enemies that survive the aoe are staggered for 3 seconds and open to finishers.

     

    3rd ability Energy Rush:

    Channel Void energy through your body gaining a stacking crit dmg and atk speed buff for every finisher kill u get 25%/35%/45%/55%

     

    4th abilty Focal point:

    Throw a energy charge on the ground that lasts 40 seconds, it slows down enemies, drags them to the center, and absorbs 10% of their max health per enemy storing it in the charge when they are killed. the charge will detonate by shooting it(for the cool factor), when the timer expires, or when u hit 4 again. dealing dmg to all enemies in a 20 meter radius based off the health absorbed

     

    Questions you might ask.

    **Q.**Why does this seem like a mixture of Ash, Nova, and Equinox?

    A. I don't know i just thought up what would be fun to play with and it turned out like this

     

    Q. Why does the last 2 abilities seem so meh?

    A. Tbh i only focused on the first 2 abilities so i had to come up with something that still fit the theme of a localized burst assassin even if it was lackluster they are still a work in progress

     

    Q. How the hell would i go about playing this guy?

    A. So as i said earlier he is all about the localized burst dmg, he goes in nukes a small area and gets out before enemies outside the damage zone knows what happens. This is why his stats are so low and his invisibity breaks when he attacks, it is to discourage u from being in longer than necessary.

     

    Q. Man he sounds like he would pair up nicely with the skiajati doesnt he?

    A. Yes he does.

     

    Q. Why would i take him over a frame that can just instantly clear a room.

    A. Because sometimes its fun to use something different.

     

    Q. Does using his abilities break his invisbility?

    A. No.

    On its face, it should work, however it doesn't work on anything that does damage autonomously, like Companions or other AI allies. At the very least, it's not broken, so there is no fix to be done. It reads like a design choice, given it is essentially a Specter, able to use weapons and frame abilities and isn't invulnerable.

    But how is that different than using it on an ally, who is for the most part a better alternative for specter. They could simply make it function how it would on an ally and once transfer back in have the ability work like it would on a normal warframe where it removes the invulnerability but you keep the heal.

    Now you could argue that it would be overpowered to have an immortal specter but 1.As I stated earlier u could use this on an ally who is for the most part smarter than the a.i. and they can take full advantage of th invulneabilty and 2.Umbra is not just a specter, he is your warframe so if he dies you die he should not be subject to the same rules as normal specters, but I do understand where u are coming from.

  11. I had a loadout for my Trinity called Battle Jesus...I did not realize that a child of god could offend anyone. How is it in a game where we can burn, melt, slash and shatter ppl also a game where the word Jesus censored? What even is this place?

  12. Sovereign(The Conqueror)

    Health: 350

    Armor: 250

    Shields: 150

    Energy: 175

    Passive: Heavy blades have 50% increase in charge atk speed and 15% increase in dmg

    1st ability(All for One/One For All): One-handed ability that when it hits an enemy deals 250 blast dmg and strips away 25% maximum shields and armor that he can then convert into a flat amount of armor and shields, bonus armor and shields stack up to a maximum of five times for a duration of 20 seconds this duration is refreshed when casted on another enemy. Cast on an ally to gift one of your stacks to them.

    2nd ability(Bladeworks): Summon blades that fall from the sky dealing 500 puncture dmg to enemies and impaling them to the ground in a 10 meter radius enemies that are impaled cannot move for 10 seconds, cast again to make the blades explode for 500 blast dmg per enemy impaled, cast on his 3rd ability and blades impale every enemy in its radius.

    3rd ability(Domination): Claim Territory in a 20 meter radius by slamming a flag into the ground. This flag is not duration based but instead health based it has 3000 health and 200 armor. A maximum of 5 flags can be placed if the radius of the flag overlaps then the radius will merge and the flags will be connected. Claimed territory will give allies a 30% movement speed increase and a 50% dmg increase. Enemies will deal 50% less dmg and suffer a 50% accuracy decrease.

    4th ability(Ascension): A channeled ability that when activated allows Sovereign to gain ascension stacks for every kill he gets. Every kill he gets grants him 10% bonus health, shields, and a stacking dmg reduction. The stacks cap out at 20 and will leave him with 200% bonus health and shields and a 50% dmg reduction(caps out at 90%).At max stacks his abilities also gain bonus affects.

    1st ability: Now hits enemies in a cone and can heal Sovereign for 10% of max health per enemy hit and heals allies 50% of their health.

    2nd ability: Will now deal 20% of targets max health as blast dmg when detonating blades( keep in mind the detonation is not aoe)

    3rd abilty: Now grants an energy regen of 10 per second.

    You will lose 1 stack of ascension every 5 seconds if u do not kill enemies and if u deactivate ascension u will keep it and its buffs for 10 seconds before u lose all of your stacks.

    I could see how that could be a thing on paper but in an actual eidolon fight there are still 3 factors to consider.

    • Energy management
    • Magnetic procs
    •  And dmg mitigation

    And just because u have a team full  of dps does not mean u all will be doing dmg and applying buffs. If someone is using vazarin they r most likely still going to be fulfilling the role as support, so the time that's going to be spent is going to be spent on the lures and on other squadmates. 

  14. If it sounde like that then i apologize but i just used loki as an example because currently he would fit the "best". Hell they could give that mechanic to rhino i dont care i just want it in the game. I probably should've used a more general title rather than mentioning loki specifically, but oh well hindsight is 20/20

  15. So while sitting on the crapper i was thinking about warframes and their abilities and how they could possibly interact with the diddlydons, then it hit me. What if we had a frame that can interrupt certain mechanics and what if that frame was Loki. Now Loki wouldn't be able to interrupt every single move of the eidolons, they would still be able to restore shields, rally vomvalysts, and do that BS magnetic blast upon synovial destruction. But the ground slam and meteor shower can be interrupted, and before u ask no he can not interrupt the eidolons constantly there is a brief moment before the eidolon can be interrupted again(i wanna say 20 seconds) during that time the eidolon will flash green(or a color of your choosing idc i'm just spitballing here) during that time to let players know " hey this guy can' t be interrupted right now". Let me know what u guys think. Tbh it doesn't have to be loki i just chose him because he just seemed to fit the best.
