I have problems opening the loader. It won't start, no matter what i do. Here's a list of things i've done. I have this problem since a year or more? I have another ticket opened by this time the last year and after 3 replies from the support team i just gived up....
Reinstalling the game from Steam.
Checking the integrity (Steam), weirdly it says that the size is 0.
Installing the official download and the standalone versions from the official page.
Opening Steam with elevated permissions.
Opening the 3 versions of the game (Official, Standalone and Steam) with elevated permissions.
Opening the 3 versions of the game with every compatibility mode.
Opening the 3 versions with every possible combination of elevated permissions and compatibility modes.
Tried on windows safe mode with network.
Tried with all security disabled.
Tried to install on various drives (m.2, ssd and hdd).
Not even the RemoteCrashSender works.
Nor the Dev, Public and Test builds in the appdata folder works.
Tested with windows firewall disabled and enabled.
sfc /scannow didn't show anything.
Audio drivers uninstalled.
Change automatic DNS to manual (Google).
Problem continues after some hardware changes.
Running CCleaner to clean registry and chaches did nothing.
BIOS updated from 4002 (15jun21) to 4408 (27oct22).
Command dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Did nothing.
Moved Steam library, nothing.
A few details i've noticed:
Every time i try to open the launcher, "Windows Problem Reporting" process starts and closes briefly.
Sometimes the process "Warframe" stays open but there's no window and Steam shows that i'm "playing".
No problem with other games.
Event viewer was dropping some ntdll.dll errors (looking at you MF...).
Multiple threads on windows forums were opened from various games (No Mans Sky,...) because of ntdll.dll
Creating another windows user and installing the game does work, but i don't want to switch users everytime... Looking on how to use "RunAs"
And finally some PC details:
Windows 10 pro fully up to date.
GPU drivers up to date.
ASUS X570-pro.
Ryzen9 5950X.
Radeon RX 6800.
Corsair Vengance pro 3200mhz 32gb.
Not overclocked.
Drivers health are ok.
System files are ok.
