Don't feel bad. I have missing items from iso vault missions.

Has anyone else been having issues with not receiving some of the items you got as rewards after completing a mission? So far the only parts i managed to successfully receive for khora is the system and chassis and this is after completing 75 waves in sanctuary onslaught mission. It would say i would get either the bp or helmet but it doesn't show up in my inventory to build. Also i have been having troubles getting the cat imprints needed to build the parts. I would scan them like im supposed to but dont get any of the imprints. Any advice would be helpful.
