Took a moment to read but yeah, a lot of what you address is right, especially when looking at the bugs his kit has and the bandaid fixes that his augments provide (specifically the first one). Your suggestions would definitely improve the cohesiveness of his kit and make him more enjoyable to play. Even in the case that DE decided to not take everything into consideration, I do think they need to do an update to Ash and any other frame whose augments are bandaids to dysfunctional abilities. With that being said, doing a full overhaul and implementing your suggestions would be quite fun to play and I definitely would play Ash more if he did receive the changes you suggested.
