So true. You also have the acolytes event that they could use much more frequently. One might argue that it is to keep the prices high on some drops. But what is more important ? Maintaining a lot of players that pay a little, or making much less players occasionally pay a bit more ? Maybe it's the void maiming strike left in me , but I really think it wouldn't hurt at all to have the acolytes more often, like a bi-monthly thing. Mods would still be pretty rare, but obtainable.
well I mean look at primed chamber, DE clearly quite likes some mods being extremely rare because people be buying thousands of plat to buy the mod.

not sure if that's possible
-
remove slide attacks being the strongest attack, I'm tired of seeing beyblades spinning around the bloody map, people wanted coptering removed because ''it looks stupid and isn't realistic'' well here we have coptering again just minus the ridiculous bonus movement
-
I mean did zephyr ever really have superior mobility? coptering I'm pretty sure always outdid zephyr

by making the game look worse and less smooth just like on the other consoles

To quote myself from a few months and years ago. Feel free to ignore the parts that aren't directly relevant to your post.
It's not necessary. You're vastly exaggerating the importance of automatic AoE looting, like pretty much everyone else who's in favor of this. The longer you play the less the demand becomes for this convenience, and since you already have a range of Sentinels to choose from and an(admittedly unreliable, but still dedicated) animal companion for looting, you have no solid reason to demand vacuum to be a universal feature without any drawbacks involved.
From a game economical standpoint, not giving players univac is beneficial because it reduces the amount of resource stockpile bloat across the player base, especially new and intermediate players.
it not being necessary isn't really a valid point, allot of stuff isn't necessary, vacuum isn't, notifications aren't, majority of convenience features in this game aren't necessary but they are in here because it makes for a better experience.
is there a solid reason why there should be a drawback to universal vacuum?

plains of eidolon is your typical open world game, you do the small amount of things that are worth doing, and then you just toss the game aside

tutorials, of any kind, instead of going ''here's the game, learn to wiki'' the huge lack of tutorials has to be a big turn off, nothing is explained, not even the basic concept of where to get warframe parts from, and warframes are the core of the game

If you take it all out of context and push the absolute limit of min maxing then sure, any excalibur that isn't Umbra is irrelevant for winning a stats game.
Watch what happens when context is added:
For 95% of the game's content, a vanilla excalibur is more than adequate with the right mods and equipment
For the remaining 5%... a vanilla excalibur that has been min maxed will still do fine because excalibur is that strong
For fights against sentients, vanilla excalibur merely requires the extra step of using operator to nullify sentient resistances, a step that's arguably optional since you'll probably delete the sentients through resistances anyway because of how grossly overpowered everything is when you actually min max it.
In situations where you need to fight with your operator for extended periods, Umbra might actually be worse due to the risk of him getting deleted when not under your control compared to regular frames.
In situations where you want to show off how you've significantly supported DE during the game's early, uncertain beginnings, well Excalibur Prime is the only tool for the job and all other variants are irrelevant.
So given how well Vanilla excalibur would do, and the one situation where Excalibur Prime actually makes the other two irrelevant, I think it's fair to say Excalibur Prime is so incredibly far from irrelevance that the notion was absurd from conception. Please do see if DE can restore your Excalibur Prime OP, it's more than a stack of stats to be weighed against other frames.
just because vanilla/prime requires an extra step doesn't mean umbra isn't superior, by virtue that they require less steps to do something they are superior and better.
only time you would need to fight with operator for extended periods of time would be eidolons in which case why even bring a excalibur, in that case normal and prime excalibur would be the same, after all with those 2 your frame is immune while outside of it so the stat differences are irrelevant.
just because the normal version would do doesn't mean the other version isn't better, you're basically saying primes aren't better than their normal frames because the normal frames ''will do'' yeah they will, but that doesn't change the fact they're superior, only valid argument is eidolons but like I said, excalibur doesn't even has a place in that fight, be it normal, prime or umbra.
so yeah nice try, but your context changed nothing, umbra is still superior in 99% of the cases and in the other 1% all 3 forms of excalibur are bad so it doesn't matter

they're the exact same stat wise.
And it's besides the point.. It's like getting rid of Lato Prime and someone saying you can use Lato vandal
considering the radial blind of excalibur umbra is objectively better it's true, excalibur prime is irrelevant, excalibur umbra is the best excalibur in the game right now

want pvp racing go play a pvp racing game, pvp has no place in this game as is evident by the lack of players in pvp and the way this game was built

I'd rather not have another open world, I know open world has been the thing for the last like 5 years but as has been the case for the last 5 years in open world games it's either a open world full of nothing or a open world full of tedious busy work that accomplishes nothing.

ivara for spy missions.
if you got the right mods equinox for everything else

played since closed beta.
my opinion is mixed, the game is fun, I like that they add new stuff to the game but whenever they add something new they spend couple weeks on it and then abandon it to make new content, that new content gets released, gets couple weeks of polish and then also abandoned and this is how they've been doing things for years, result is that they have to rework all their systems all the time.
the other issue is that with every new piece of content being released the lack of tutorials gets worse and worse, had a mr2 player on earth on the plains of eidolon frustrated that he found a enemy he couldn't even damage.
the grind has also gotten worse over the years, they're trying more extreme forms of grind like the HEMA, ferrox and the like and if it doesn't work out they give the typical bs company response of ''we've heard your feedback AND WE AGREE WITH YOU!'' that every other company says when they get called out on bs, somehow they get this magical revelation and agree with us, yeah right.
don't get me wrong I like the game but I'm being wary of their actions and attitude towards the grind of the game.

Warframe is one of the better MOBAs. So of course they would keep creating characters.
warframe isn't a MOBA.
clearly, more warframes means more money and player retention, would be stupid not to keep releasing warframes

I'm not going to get hyped for anything, DE has a habit of releasing something new and cool and then abandoning it after all

Yeah, let's ignore the community and focus on that egotistical pro-doxxing "game journalist"
hate is real.
whether you like it or not rebcca admitted he gave the final push, had he not done that it may not have happened we don't know.
even if you put it in ''quotes'' he is still a games journalist and 1 of the better ones in this games industry as he actually calls out bullS#&$ when he sees it, unlike the majority.

I have a friend who can hardly even play on PoE. This will kill the game for him....
unless what they showed will be the only thing playable in the game from that point on I don't see how it would kill the game for him, he can still play the game just fine just not venus and the ship thingy

radial javelin is just a bad ability with it's LoS requirement as well, also has nothing to do with being a swordsman, same with his radial blind

this is why I find frost a far bigger offender than limbo even though limbo is hated much more, at least limbo can only have 1 cataclysm active

No, no. I'm a real Tenno. Honest.

if you like logic it makes sense you don't like the scarf, a scarf is completely impractical in a battle hence I don't use any

health and energy has both been balanced around the late game player, as a new player your health gain and energy gain will be, for quite a long time, be limited to health orbs, energy orbs and other frames providing you energy somehow

less time spent on pvp the better, want pvp go play a pvp game
Discussion: Imagine Planetside 2 like gamemode in Warframe

no matter what they did it wouldn't have been popular or even played much because it's pvp so obviously it was going to have a piss low player count
