Unfortunately it wasnt a filter problem, tried your solution and others around still nothing, how can i submit a ticket or contact support directly?

Yesterday i did some testing with a Arca Plasmor riven i know i had for about 2-3 weeks. Today when i logged in to continue working on the build, its not there, it is missing,and i know for sure i didnt delete or sold it. Can i get some help with this issue? Thank you!
