That still doesn't make it use able. 15% status is nothing, its crit is awful at 5% chance. And it having "high slash damage" is you taking it off the wiki. Skana has more slash damage than these blades, and fyi dual sword stances are really horrible right now so you wouldn't want to depend on the stances for damage.

It has 50% slash damage. >-> Which is decently high. It will proc slash more often than other statuses. I just took it into the simulacrum and killed a level 145 Corrupted Heavy Gunner in 30 hits with a condition overload viral slash build. It's not bad.

Edit: The Dual Sword stances are irrelevant here, the Okina is a Dual Dagger weapon.

You've also forgotten about Ether Daggers.

Proof, evidence, anything more than an empty statement?

15% status chance, high slash damage, high attack speed, Spinning Needle has multi-strikes and knockdowns and the block combo has an automatic slash proc. Mod it for viral status and attack speed. It's strong.

or we can say that the "tendrils" are "Furry". To Give the disgh that fell to it, "you know?" BTW love the tail addition <3 <3

P.S. Would feathers be ok to use? I know Ivera (I bealive that is how you spell her name) alt head has a feather in her head>

It's not actually a feather persay, it's an array made to look like a feather. It's the same material as her armor. If we did the same for the fur, they would be like Saryn's skirt.

I'm glad you like the rendition, though.

i like it.. id buy it. although I think the "tendrils" if you could call them on her shoulders / helmet  seem a bit out of place maybe they could be changed to fur to represent the wolf

    just my two cents

Fur is very un-Warframe in terms of actual Warframe design, the closest it could come would be to have it decoratively attached to the Warframe like a cosmetic. The Warframes are basically infested tissue integrated with other technology(The original function of the infestation), so having actual fur would be very strange, even for deluxe skins.

    ok and TY

    I've drawn it up~

I took a few liberties on the design in order to make it something DE would actually accept into the game, since Warframes don't have fur or anything like that since they are Infested creatures tamed by our will and made devoted protectors of the system.

I had to restrict the design to five colors(technically seven, counting gradient and energy accent on default, but those aren't customizable with the color picker), but it still came out very nicely. The overall design lacked a theme after removing the fur aspect, so I had to go with the "anatomy" theme presented by the bone-like face plate and drawing the parallel to the infested. So, retaining the original silhouette, the skin is packed with musculature and tendrils, made fearsome with sharpened bone and jets of fire for the claws.

I hope it is still satisfactory, I had to change a lot of things to keep within the game's specifications, but I love how it turned out, personally.

  6. As an artist myself I can see where you're going with the artwork, and it's a really cool overall design. If you want to improve, the areas you should study are in anatomy(mechanical, not just life study), proportion, and perspective. Warframe is very hard to draw because of that requirement of knowing the "anatomy" of machines, too. That should give you a good foundation to learn the more difficult stuff like edge, color, light, and unique style.

In the meantime, something about this speaks to me... ;o I may actually sketch this out how it looks to me and update this later.

  7. Earth will receive an open area environment, and will not lose its node functionality. These features are additive, they aren't actually replacing the current function of the game, so how the rest of the game works fundamentally will not change drastically. In the future, if Plains of Eidolon is well received, there will be more open area environments.

Does his ability ignore their resistance? Because as far as I can tell no warframe ability cancels the resistance effect sentients have.
    Also
" Similar to their damage adaptation, they are also capable of adapting to debuff-based Warframe abilities such as Nova's Molecular Prime, with each subsequent uses reducing their duration linearly by 33%, down to 5%. "
Is this true? This is from the wiki.

It never directly states in the lore that Sentients didn't adapt to Warframe damage. It only states that Excalibur was the first, which implies he fights Sentients. And he kills them really, really fast. He's easily the best option for fighting Sentients in the game, which lines up pretty well to him being the response to the adapting prowess of the Sentients. My Excalibur kills a squad of eight Sentients in five seconds. This goes to reason that the Orokin would deploy Excalibur Warframes to fight Sentients.

This just makes me scratch my head. Yes, in the lore they're supposed to be able to do these things. However, that is not the case at all in game.

In short the operators being added to the game and forcing mechnics onto them that don't make sense hurts both the gameplay and the lore.

What do you mean? Excalibur is amazing against Sentients, Saryn is amazing against Infested(and everything else), and Vauban is actually pretty good at wrangling dudes.

So the first Sentient I foguth. "It's adapting to your attacks, hit it with something new."

So I try to use a warframe ability to reset it's shielding system. It fails. FACT: Warframe abilities are not void abilities. Warframes are just as maladapted to fighting sentients as any other weapons system.

So we get to War Within. Tenno can now fight sentients, using their powers to overcome their powerful defensive systems for the first time ever- Wait that can't be the case. We get the transference ability as a part of growing up (the ill conceived theme of WW), so we didn't have them before.

How did we ever matter at all during the sentient war? It's a fact Sentients aren't anymore affected by Warframe abilities than a warframe's entirely ordinary guns and swords.

Not even my Void (riven) modified weapons are more effective.

Then we have Eidolons which are entirely indestructible outside of operator abilities. I guess the Eidolons single-handedly destroyed the orokin. *shrugs*

Except Excalibur, who trashes Sentients through their immunity. The codex for Excalibur Prime says he was the first, which insinuates his specific job was to exterminate the Sentients. All the other Primes with their trailers allude specific jobs to them, such as Saryn cleaning Earth of Infested(Definitely not a lot of Infested there anymore), and Vauban Prime is a wrangler and spy to the Corpus, which the Orokin are suspicious of. So, they aren't really a plot hole. They're more of a plaster on a plot hole.

  11. Can we get any new color palettes to really match us to the theme of Plains of Eidolon? Ghouls, Ostrons, grassland Grineer, the very environment. It'd be a great expansion to the true endgame to have some tasty colors compiled specifically for the occasion.

  12. If you were to be banned as a result of being reported, and you appealed that this was the true series of the transpired events, you would not be banned for long. it is true that regular reports on a player can result in banning, but generally speaking players who don't actually do anything wrong are not banned and if they were to be banned, they can appeal their ban to support and be unbanned. So, you are not in danger of being banned because of some stuck up players.

Not bad, rhino definitely needs Something. Iron skin is crap currently

    >->;; Power strength, armor, use Roar first, hit at least five enemies with Iron Clad Charge. Throw on Growing Power if you're feeling even more crazy. You'll shrug off a level 300 Corrupted Crewman's shotgun without even breaking the Iron Skin.

  14. Ye, that is entirely within the bounds of the Zakti's function. it's not really overpowered here, as you can only really do it to a couple enemies at once, you have to use certain melee combinations with the Zakti secondary, limiting your usable arsenal to take advantage of the effect, and the Zakti itself while its damage is decent, doesn't hold its own very well at super high level. However, in combo with certain melee it is very effective at eliminating certain powerful enemies. So, enjoy the mechanic, it's very fun and interesting.
