Will we be able to swim? I know that we have sharkwing and everything, but if we can relax with activities like fishing, surely swimming wouldn't be impossible. Maybe, to scavenge for lost materials or scrap forgotten at the bottom of the rivers and lakes.

Multishot and damage on the Opticor is amazing, so the first one is better. Fire rate is indeed important, but why fire two shots in the time you could fire two and a half?
-
The most likely reason is because it would be a lot of work to come up with lore for each and every cosmetic. Not even all the normal skins in Warframe have lore.

Volt Prime stands as the only frame i have ever rush built so i could get it done on the only day of a x2 exp weekend that i was going to be away for otherwise so i could get the MR from its fodder and then throw it out like the junk it is. I'd rather have any other Defensive frame than a Volt (although i'd still rather have a volt in a squad than a loki) My Current Project is to Play a lot of Ivara, Nova P and even rebuild Vauban to push volt further down the list of %played in profile.\
The one good thing i can say about volt is that if not for it i'd prob not have found my Favorite frame as soon as i did, after a month of tedium on volt i bought Valkyr.
Volt is extremely effective crowd control, squad utility and point defense, if that's not your playstyle, you won't enjoy him. ;o But, he is incredibly effective.

Nope, totally the same. What have you spotted that's changed? Its only update was the PBR retexture it got a while back.

Looks normal here tho on him ( 2014 ) so its a recent bug
Accidentally missed quoting you, but no, it's still broken there. It's clipping through the outer side of each shin, on the bottom metallic.
-
It doesn't. ;o The bottom ring is clipping through the shin.

Does DE really not know about this? I would buy it if they would fix it.
They likely dooo, but to fix it they'd have to size up the Targis out of proportion on Frost or change Frost's model or change the Targis's model, and since that is more work than would be cost effective, we can just use different leg armor on Frost(Or use Frost Harka where it is fine), as the chest and shoulders are fine on him.
-
It doesn't look fantastic on the normal Frost, unfortunately. The chest and shoulders look fine, but the greaves not so much.

In Warframe Terms: Choose Mag as my starter and not be lured by the lie of Volt and my love of lightning.
Volt is very, very good. Mag is much better as a damage dealer, of course, having literally infinitely scaling damage with magnetize, but Volt is a great defender.

I didn't die once. A lot of people had way more trouble than I experienced, and I have no idea why.
Edit: This doesn't mean it wasn't a poor design choice, it just seems weird that everyone hated it THAT much. In Plains of Eidolon we apparently will get better options for combat as Operators, anyway.

I feel like I am one of the only people that actually finds Defection fun.
Edit: Apparently I am not the only.

when you put it like that, yeah
I do have to admit, I have been in a HUGE denial pit, it's not even WORTH IT...
I know Scrambuses are...well...counter to Nox...Hell even Nox has troubles fighting against Combas (Scrambus without skaters ) after level 30...
at level 25 though, Nox completely wrecks all of them I tell you.
But yeah, Scrambuses, they're very mobile and have...homing weapons, they're very equipped with the right things to fight against Nox.
I just really wish they'd par equally with each other, you know...
Ye, their scaling is better simply because they develop the ability to survive the health damage. Their damage becomes much harder for the Nox to manage as well, because they are slow. But, Nox is very powerful. He's damn annoying for Tenno, too. To beat the Comba and Scrambus, conventional Grineer heavy units such as Heavy Gunners and Bombards and squads of hitscan Grineer units do very well. As well as hyekka masters. But, they are somewhat unfair as units, honestly.
-
Ye, it makes 100% sense that the Scrambus and Comba, with a lot of their configurations, would demolish Nox. Nox has a fixed skillset, he tanks and and he charges and he fires exploding sludge. Scrambus and Comba are so diverse in skillset and much more adaptable. They also do a lot more damage than Nox. The reason Nox is a problem for Tenno is because he hits straight through shields, which we use as a buffer to taking actual health damage, this makes him very dangerous to Tenno. To Scrambus and Comba even, they are far too maneuverable and deal more damage per second than the Nox, he doesn't really stand much of a chance the more they get on in levels.

Nezha is by far and away my favourite warframe, but I can't take him into high level stuff. Looking for advise.
There are so many stats that Nezha benefits from, it's impossible to keep everything maxed. I love the safeguard mod and playing a more supportive play-style, running around giving everyone immunity to status effects with a 1600HP shield, I throw out a shield drone (which I shield) for extra survive-ability and dash around the map like a madman with Javlok and Jat Kitag keeping as many enamies as possible cc locked. It's so much fun!
- Playing without Natural Talent isn't an option.
- I use Cunning Drift because Nezha synergies with every stat.
- To maximise the shields I go with Steel Fiber & Armoured Agility (450 Armour) with Blind Rage (+99% power strength) to get shields of ~3850 health.
- To keep costs manageable I run Flow, Energy Siphon and Fleeting Experience.
- In my last mod slot I use Vitality to give 550 health but this often isn't enough to survive the 1.5 second recast of Warding Halo.
- Naromon invisibility keeps my damage scaling into high level and grants me extra survive-ability.
Everything below level 50 I can face tank, for anything over that though, the shield feels useless except for it's status immunity, I use my speed and invisibility as my only defence but that doesn't help a great deal in the first 5 minutes or against hit-scan enemies. Over level 100 I can't revive people or capture interception points for fear of being FUBAR and my energy doesn't refresh nearly fast enough for me to be an effective support.
What do you guys do with Nezha to keep him alive past level 50?
He's actually one of my go-to frames for Kuva Siphon and Sorties, because of his skill set. However, my build differs greatly from yours. I don't build to take lots of hits. At most, I build as insurance if I f*ck up and get hit a couple times(or once around level 150). Then, it becomes only useful for its status immunity, which is very useful. My build revolves around his true CC and the only way he can do any significant damage, Pyroclastic Flow. This build gets a little crazy, but it can be tied together with a -lot- of weapon synergies, primarily melee weapons that can make use of Condition Overload.
SpoilerThis build gives you a little under an Inaros in terms of effective health, which is plenty enough to tank a couple shots. But, since you cannot get that health back quite as easily as an Inaros, you're not working on getting shot. You're just making sure those lucky shots don't kill you. Natural Talent is there to instantly reapply your Halo should you take a hit at high level, and it makes casting Firewalker instant. Divine Spears works for immobilizing groups close by, giving you a chance to revive team mates but it's less effective than the core of the skill, which is Firewalker. You get going really fast with that Rush, fast enough to lock down a room of any size with fire trails in just about any mission type that isn't that open map Corpus interception. Pyroclastic Flow will build up an insane amount of damage for which there is not a cap(that I know of), so if you've trapped a good 25 enemies in your Firewalker, which you can do in a few seconds, you'll have a 50,000 damage per second fire trail you can kick at anything that needs it. The amount I like to build it up around 250,000 or so, where no enemy level 150 or under can survive the full damage.
The weapons I like to use with this include the Zakti and Glaive(Real easy to get those stealth multiplier slash procs with trapped enemies), Atterax, the Scourge and any Condition Overload built melee, and the Sonicor or Staticor, also with Condition Overload melee weapons.
Blazing Chakram is still useful in this build, but I didn't build for it really. hit enemies with it and kill them to heal your buffer between Warding Halo casts, as it's a good 1500 effective health that you can take a couple hits to before dying, very helpful when low on energy or in-between casts.

Only those with no sense of style. (just joking) LOL. I prefer the Venka P, Glaive P or Nikana P. Anyone can kill an enemy. Only a few can do it with Style. :D
it can be made to have some really cool gradients and color splashes with the proper color combinations, I've made a couple customizations around the Atterax itself, actually.

This is why Slash when combined with Viral or Gas is so devastating as a combo. Get a headshot or add stealth and the damage goes up even more per tick.
Ye, and coupled with something like the Atterax with red-critical slide attacks at 11.2 times damage, with a quadruple applied status because of the way critical status works, you can get ridiculous damage.
Of course, this is why everyone uses Atterax.

I see that phrasing so often, but ... I mean, the initial Slash damage that the proc damage is based on is still affected by Armor.
Sure, the proc damage is not further reduced but Slash procs are not the miracle solution to Armor problems,
at least not in the same way that Toxin damage and Slash / Gas procs can be for ridiculously high Shields.(Or, am I in error about how Slash procs work?)
Slash procs themselves are not reduced in damage as the triggering of the proc starts a finisher damage tick for the 35% of the damage of the attack, spread out over eight seconds. So, it actually deals -more- damage than the initial attack, but over a larger period of time. But, it is also ignoring armor, doing far more damage even if it is reduced per instance. This totals 245% of the damage that started the slash proc.
-
The Soma Prime's supplemental stats turn it into the better weapon. The Boltor Prime can shine against unarmored high level targets(100+) but for armor it requires a Warframe that can instantly strip the enemy of armor to be as effective or more effective than the Soma Prime, which with its higher status and slash focus can more easily deplete armor and bypass armor with slash procs. Examples of these Warframes include Sonic Fracture Banshee, Oberon, and Seeking Shuriken Ash.
-
Oberon and Hallowed Ground makes that easy enough. Radiation procced enemies will have a lot of trouble using consoles.

What you do NOT need is range
Well, unless you wanna make a Prolonged Paralysis build, then you want all the range. But if you wanna go for Hysteria builds, you do not need range really.

Unfortunately, relics is the only way to get them right now, but you can group with others that have that relic and select the reward if they get it.
thank you DE for making this easier

From what I've seen, it's not even that hard. Operators aren't that bad, either. You have to be skilled to use them, as they're squishy as hell at the moment, but they're fully capable of doing the mission. Many people have completed the Mastery Rank 24 test. Only thing that can be said here is "git gud" really, skill at handling the Operator is something you must master as a Warframe player. Can't Master the Tenno? Can't be Mastery Rank 24.
