    Just a side question though: since incursions are being removed, what about Target Acquired, Spring-Loaded Blade, and Kinetic Diversion ? They're now even rarer, another way to obtain them would be nice. I guess there's always transmutation, but that's as RNG-dependent as killing plains commanders.

  2. The percentages don't vary all that much for rivens with the same stats. However, having only two boosts means the percentages are higher than if you had three, and so does having a negative stat. So if you get only two boosts with a negative stat, the percentages can be quite high. That is then amplified or reduced by riven disposition.

  3. It's fine. She reflects light and sometimes reflects it right in the enemy's eyes and they get blinded. She's half made of glass, I don't see how it doesn't fit her theme.

    And yes, other things blind enemies. So what ? There's over 30 frames and Lotus knows how many weapons in the game, of course there's gonna be some overlap. You can't have everything be unique in every single way.

    She also gets damage resistance. Well she shouldn't get that because so many frames already have that, and then all the melee weapons do it too.

    She can create a shield. but we don't want that, Frost and Limbo already do that !

    This argument doesn't make sense to me. She has some stuff in common with other frames, but they are all still unique, they all have their twist on it, and then some other different abilities. I am totally fine with it all.

  4. You have your ungilded Zaw, it's not pretty, the stats are bad. You rank it up to 30 (without the help of a catalyst cause you can do basically nothing with an ungilded Zaw). Once it's rank 30, you go gild it for 5000 Ostron standing, it's prettyfied, the stats are improved, and you can chose a polarity for one of the mod slots. It's reset to rank 0 and you have to rank it up again. This time you can color it, add a catalyst etc, it has all the functionality of a normal melee weapon.

     

    So yeah yours is glitched it seems.

  6. Had this just happen to me, pretty weird.

     

    Found a workaround though; you need to let the kuva cloud spawn far from you. So run away from the siphon (can't really give you an optimal distance, I didn't pay attention) and then rush back to grab the kuva when you hear the "sucking" sound (which doesn't happen when it's replaced by an Osprey). Also the Osprey doesn't seem to increase the "captured kuva" counter, it just floats until it's inside the siphon.

     

    Edit: that was on PC by the way, update 21.0.3

    Yep, I noticed hat too.

    Also I can't find a Commander Simaris target, but I'm not sure if it's a bug or if the thing's just really elusive. I can't find them were they used to be before the update anyway.

     

    Other than that, the quest was great (except the final fight, that was just annoying to me), Earth looks fantastic, and the weapon buffs are awesome !

  8. Definitely seems to be caused by switching from sharkwing to warframe, pressing the forward key during melee swing animations acts as if you were pressing the backwards key instead. Seems to do that with both melee and exalted melee powers.

     

    EDIT: Looks like it sometimes fixes itself if you enter/exit a water area again, so you could always try to repeatedly get in/out of the water to try and fix it ? Could also try and turn "Experimental Flight" (its implementation might be the cause of the issue ?) on and off in the "Archwing" section of the Controls tab.

  9. I want all of Electric Shield's cool hidden properties back. Extended range on beams, damage falloff cancelling for shotguns...

    And just make Discharge's stun duration based, not damage based, I don't know why this hasn't been changed yet.

    Also if Volt is never gonna be able to deal scaling damage or something, just change that darn "potent alternative to gunplay" description please.
