I'm having a hard time understanding what you actually want.
Do you want a yearly "Prime Package" that has a bunch of goodies that are a one-off thing every time?
Or do you actually want a variation on the Founder Packs?
Because I'm all for the first one, the second one will be a resounding "no" from this Tenno.

It's funny because the Sculpture didn't truly replace 2,000 end, it seems like it just bumped the 4,000 into the 2,000 slot and gave us another potential reward.

You forgot to mention the fact that when you take damage enough to fully break your shield you take damage to your health without considering armor, thats why super high armor frames can get 1 shotted pretty much.
This is why we need shield gates. :P

There's one thing the devs could do for starters...make it so that bleed procs can only activate if a target's shields are at zero and its armour has been penetrated. Allowing Slash weapons to completely and randomly ignoring shields and armor and inflict bleed procs is lame, arbitrary, and makes no sense.
Not to mention it makes it the most powerful physical damage type. Puncture just kinda "meh"'s through armor and Impact...
... impacts things?

Looks like they need some photoshop.

You're obviously doing it on purpose then. Part of the idea behind the entire tileset is to AVOID the alarms that will trigger the traps to POTENTIALLY kill your Warframe, right?

This shotgun will be my baby as the Tigris was my baby when I first started.

It's funny because Oberon does too many meh things and the Simulor does one good thing almost too well.

Dex Dakka.

His shield needs an augment, but Capacitance is Volt's bread and butter. I don't know what you're on.

The more of the missions you complete on Uranus, the more common they become.
Otherwise, RNG. Keep hunting, Tenno!

Am I the only one to consider that his extra items, to "lure players" are utter and absolute garbage?
- Lenses: Lets face it, the only focus schools that are actually useful are naramon and zenurik the others are meh at best.
- Formas: ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
- Catalyst/Reactor: Players that have been around for a while already have plenty of these, not to mention that they are two of the cheapest items in the market.
- Exilus adapter: See formas.
My personal conclusion is that OP is on drugs or something.
I'd agree. I've bought a lot of Prime Access packs (Volt being the first I was present for, Ash and later being the ones I've bought) simply for their exclusivity. I wouldn't be more or less inclined to buy them if they just threw random stuff in there.
Now if we're talking more prime-type stuff, more exclusive stuff, then maybe.
Not that it needs it, though. It's already an extremely good deal.

DE knows their early game is terrible. Starchart 3.0 addressed having a set path for lower players and actually knowing where you need to go, now they just need to fix the tutorial in general and the way basic game mechanics are explained.

Few is not all. It not common to have armor sets in prime access.
Because armor sets fill one of the cosmetic slots we get with Prime Access?
Rule of thumb for Prime Access is Frame, two weapons, two accessories, boosters, plat, glyphs.

By DEs stats I have 1800 hours of playing. By steam I have 3000. DE does not show you downloading patches OR sitting in trade chat in your ship.
Warframe time is simply time spent in missions.
Steam time is time spent with Warframe open, including downloading.

I have a month+ of all of the boosters. You can see why I am salty as hell.
So do I. Two months now thanks to the occasional sortie I do. Heck of a lot better than the tens of 2k endo drops I've gotten.

1. Not every place has the same level of noise
2. Why go for DoT when you could kill all enemies at once? Point I'm trying to make is that there will be one or two effective ways of making "sound" and DE will probably have to try very hard to make those two ways sound good as well.
1. Not every planet has animals right now, but Oberon's passive is still his passive.
2. Flexibility. You could have 1 ability be a DoT and have another be a burst. Or one be a burst, and another be a DoT.
Keep in mind, I'm not using these in the specific context of damage. Assuming all of the bard frames abilities will do damage based on their beats and pulses is silly.

Now some people are getting confused why i posted here what i did wasn't nice at all call me what you like that is fine i'll accept it all.
I just wanted see how everyone felt about this, i'm quite happy reading all of this.
Well, it IS confusing. The way you see your clan members is pretty much NOT why you join a clan.
What you did was kind of a d**k move and isn't
exactly"in the spirit of the game". -

The way they described the new Bard abilities makes me think it's going to be another gimmick frame. Here are my thoughts on two of the things they said about it's abilities in the last DevStream:
"Amplify ambient sound to increase damage" sounds too situational (remember old Volt ult?). I think the sounds in-game shouldn't affect the damage output in any way.
Highs/lows will do DoT/burst damage, so "nice" and "effective" songs will probably be separate things (repeat one tone over and over for maximum damage rather than make actual music). Limiting the amount of steps(?) to try and avoid that repetitive sound however, would limit the options in terms of creativity. Furthermore; what would prevent a player from cramming all available notes in the first two rows to get the most damage in the fastest possible way?
The idea of making and sharing your own music sounds good, but it'd be nice if the frame would be useful and not, well, a gimmick.
1. Sounds are situational...? Last I checked, every inch of this game has sound effects. Even space. And that's not even how space works. Volt's Ult was situational because not every tile has light fixtures or ones that counted towards his ultimate. Meaning he was really only useful on the tileset that had an insane amount of light fixtures: Corpus ships.
2. What's stopping people from cramming all available notes in the first two rows is that if you actually make a tune, it would sound nice. Additionally, having a consistent sound would (as they said) be more along the lines of a DoT effect where the individual pulses would be weaker. Single notes would be more bursty.

I would like to point out that there's no reason the Corpus spear-gun would have any sort of self damage as there's no explosion from it. It simply sends out tethers that deal a DoT effect.
With that said and it being a Corpus weapon, it better not have any self-effect on throw. The Corpus are smarter than that.
