  1. Playing frost recently made me happy to see a new and improved snowglobe. This is cool but also highlighted some issues with Frost. The new snowglobe effect looks so much better than the other abilities frost has now so why not give the other abilities a facelift and touchups? I think Frost is a decent Warframe in that he has a place as a defensive caster. Avalanche seems underwhelming and although it is strong it doesn't feel impactful or fit with the rest of his abilities to me. I thought why not give his fourth the same treatment and use the fancy new colouring effects? I like the idea of heavy ice raining down on enemies, giving ice an inner/core and outer/edge colour options to ice would look very nice. Avalanche: freezes enemies over a duration of 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 seconds within a radius of 8 / 10 / 12 / 15 meters. Frozen enemies have their armor reduced by 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% of their current armor > Summons heavy Ice chunks (dealing the same damage in cold) 800 / 1000 / 1200 / 1500 ignoring 25% of the target's resistance. Additionally dealing 10% of the target's maximum health value in impact damage (to a cap of 100,000 not affected by Ability strength). I know some people are going to ask: "How is this a buff to frost?" "Why even change the damage?" "Isn't this virtually the same thing? The intent is to give Frost more options by fixing the damage to scaling with enemy health and not AP. This would give Frost players the option to stack on stats that make Frost scale best for his main use as a defender. Armor, Efficiency, Range or other mods since AP would become a diminishing return on damage as Avalanche would scale nicely with enemy health and resistances. Currently, you have the option of going for 250% AP for 100% armor reduction and scaling damage. This not optimal since other frames (Saryn) exist. Without making sweeping changes to the rest of the roster, frost's 4 will always feel like a tacked on ability to me. Feedback from frost main's who know more about frost is welcome. (Please be respectful)
  2. I'm not sure how but sometimes when hosts change there is a chance you can lose access to: Your Warframe Your Operator or both ??? I noticed this happening in an endless mission as I was stuck in operator, when the operator died I didn't go down or into the Warframe as you would expect. My avatar disappeared completely but I could still move as if in operator form. I could not jump or run but I could still slide as a floating camera. Other times I've lost access to the operator form. This can happen regardless of who is host I think.
  3. I believe there is a window in which upgrading a relic after one has been selected DURING a mission, you will not be able to interact with anything and a continuous <Please wait> will override any input. This may cause an infinite loop to occur.
  4. I'd like to see more Arbiters of Hexis units added that add a unique challenge or dynamic. The current Arbitration shield drones all have the same properties and are destroyed in the same way. Arbitration Shield drones also become the focus of any scenario thus polarizing viable options for weapons/frames (Elec/magnetic AOE). Adding a little more structured variety would go a long way to help the challenge. (Target Shield Drone > Shield Drone Dies > Everything dies with Shield drone.) I'd like to see wave bosses or rare enemies that spawn only in arbitrations that drop powerful mods like [Bladed Rounds], [Maiming Strike], [Argon Scope] etc at a very low % chance just so those kinds of endgame mods aren't tied exclusively to an event with limited supply that has almost nothing to do with endgame in the first place. Possibly adding more mods like [Fanged Fusilade] that are strict upgrades to existing mods but can be used in conjunction. (Can be diminishing returns for some weapons and large upgrades for others) Tldr: add more dynamic variety, make endgame stuff drop from endgame content.
  5. I agree, I feel like so much of WF is segmented and yet so much of it is dead content. Things are either functionally useless or are just hands-down best for any situation. There is so much variety but little use for any of it.
