The entire mission series can lock/not progress if a random side mission of "connect the powerlines" is the same as the main story mission of "connect the powerlines". There ends up being 4 tethers to a single chest and doing 2 will open the chest but the objective marker still hovers over the opened chest along with not being able to progress to the next stage of the story. Duviri Experience Bug - I assume this isn't a problem for lone story
