How is Rule of Cool a reason why we use melee weapons? We are masters of gun and blade. And it is possible to deflect a bullet with a blade, if someone is capable of cutting a pellet into two, I think the Tenno are more than capable of deflecting the bullets.
You know you can deflect fire\slash status, and Reflex Guard will block pressure damage if you broke some windows XD

Range is halved, we tested it a bit, looks like it is around 30m for clients, while Mag-host pulling everything from full range.
If i pull far away mod, pick it up, and place a marker on a mod that was under my feet marker will still be far away for whole team, exept me

But seriously, first archwing event mod was fire status in space, why are asking these questions? its warframe, its like they wanted to focus your attention on fact that enemies can catch fire in space. XD

It functions as intended, but I have seen this question come up many times.
This is just one of the questions you ask your clanmates when you around mastery rank 3, or spent a lot of cores to rank up redirection to the level where you actually care about % of shields you gain, i am sure a lot of people never figured it out on their own, using only information in game, excluding chat

What? Since when did a significant chunk of the playerbase, let alone "everyone", consider this to be a bug? It's been this way for a very, very long time. The only thing wrong with it is that the mod card itself isn't very descriptive; otherwise, it's functioning 100% as intended.
sorry for my bad english, i meant everyone who post it, and lazy for wikia.
i ment there is a lot more "bug reports" about this than requests for proper description
...or requests for changing it to 250% of max shields, it will make little difference on output shields and less confusing

This is really an issue, there is a lot of topics about this, everyone think it is a bug.
They just need to nerf a mod but make it work as described, or just describe it better

I'm proposing that Prime weapons would look like their regular versions when using the skins. Such as Soma Prime looking like the original Soma when using the Day of The Dead, Huntsman, Forest-Camo, etc. At least allowing us to use our sweet skins we paid for on our weapons.
Yup, i only used one skin from whole bunch i bought in pack. I still have hope...

You need to kill to get effect, or person with booster in a party is enough?
Nekros desecrate with booster will give more resources? Will give less modules?

Didn't DE say it was something about how the Prime mesh is so different from the normal one, that it would be rather difficult to make the skins work on both?
Regular looking mesh with custom skin is fine by me, and i believe, many others, but not by DE ... XD

media bbcode is ignoring https, it does not matter if i leave http or replace it with https
i believe this is not that hard to fix. In theory BBCode parsing stuff should use
<iframe src="//youtube.com/embed/BLABLABLA"
instead of
<iframe src="http://youtube.com/embed/BLABLABLA"

I want it, but realistically this wont happen.
This is a bad idea for DE, there is not much games which can benefit from players being at work or studying.
They want you every day, they want you to came back each day, get your daily reward, syndicate, alert, invasion, and last event showed how much people with real life gain.

It not like they getting paid for this, is community translators, it would be nice to get more people in to it by using some kind of web based open system.

so would them running a macro doing random wasd, shooting, and reloading enough to be considered non afk? I am very curious to see how many scenarios DE accounted for when making the AFK detection code.
Try playing frost on long defence with power augment, buff teammates, deploy globes, and miss all XP coz you AFK while playing game.
To counter AFK you need to move ~5m or kill, what if this is not your role in party?

Yeah, looks like epic scenario.
IMO all AFK penalties(old and new) should be disabled in friends only missions

We got syndicate alerts, why not change standing reward for key reward, standing can be found on mission(medalions) if you need it, and key will be rewarded at the end

I don't mind my friends going AFK and leeching XP on defence or getting end mission reward

it is not that hard to fix it, for safety reason other browsers might block unsafe elements too.
Chrome and Firefox already doing that.
Just replace http:// with // in parsing plugin, i believe this can be done in IPB Setting page
or since forums is https only use https to embed youtube videos
